So I take it more can be earned by being an xnode than staking alone?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I want to set up my Xnode today, have any new instructions been posted yet?

Do you earn more XC if you hold more in the wallet, or will 900 XC still give you the same amount as 550 XC?

I know ... i dont care of the 0.1xc lost but i need to understand why the xnode of this guy take the coin that i have sent and dont sent them to this destination... and for the time i live in france so that can explain the difference in time between the 2 wallet.

Well Chaeplin did post why but everyone ignored him.

Neither you nor Chaeplin have given justification for this assertion. If wallets do steal coins, that's definitely something worth talking about, and therefore worth making a case for. What's the argument for this?

v1.39 is now available for download - includes updated DNS seeding and disabled IRC (via -irc) startup option.

- Provides ability to sync without adding nodes to X11Coin.conf

- If your running XNODE v1.37 or lower, please update to v1.39

- v1.38 users don't need to update

Updated User Guides

http://xc-official.com/XCPlatform/user_guides/

you need to let us know more what is this;

rpcuser=bitcoinrpc
rpcpassword=blah blah blah

do we need this file? also do we need to write this long password down?

we want full instruction not half now and half later. you and your team lack of communication and instruction to use your product and the price and the participations of this coin speak for itself. where is the new logo?

IF you do not want to take part in BETA testing, do not.  Seriously. It has been stated numerous times that this is still in BETA and still being tested.  If you cannot figure out basic config files, please step away and come back in a week or two when it is ready for the average joe.

This isnt really associated with this being BETA and is what you need for all .conf in a sense.

You need all that info if you wish to run your qt as a server, which you need to do if you want to partake in the MIXER. There is no need for it if you plan to just stake

I have to report as well that I upgraded my wallet, but definitely had to use a new x11 conf file, even though it's stated in dev's release notes that a conf is no longer needed- I couldn't sync. Copy pasted my old conf and everything working as expected.

There is a .bat that loads the wallet with addnode attributes. Were you loading the .exe directly?

oh yeah I get what u mean, theres the run xc , run xc fixed, and run xc resync, what is each one's purpose? I just made conf and used main exe, never failed me Tongue

PS: btw, I don't know if it is realistic from a coding perspective, but id be rocking to be able to see how much you have mined through stake thus being able to make ur assumptions

Is there any news on the new PR team, website getting a sort out, white paper, proper instructions, anything like that? I understand the Dev is busy but is there no one else on the team that could possibly give us the occasional update? All ive seen in this thread lately (other than Dev occasional brief updates) is talk of coins being taken by xnodes and the opposition saying "idiot" back.

Im a noob when it comes to code so actually have absolutely no clue what is going on with this coin anymore. Any chance of a brief description of what has been updated with each of these new versions? In laymans terms? Or perhaps just in future updates?

Surely Im not the only slightly less tech savvy person who has bought into XC and would like to know whats going on Huh Again, I appreciate the Devs hard work, but have to agree with a previous post complaining about lack of communication.
