Yes, I agree a moderator would be nice, but also why bother with crypto community? There are only few investors here, it's about the chase for getting bitcoin. Lets be real, if you have been here awhile you can see everything is a scam and con to get your bitcoins.

This innovation that has started is not sitting well with whales, and they love to pump the innovative coins harder and dump lower cause they can, and people think this will be next big coin.

Can cloak break through the manipulation and whales? YES, ABSOLUTELY. But if your looking for crypto community to raise it's value then your wasting your time. I think decoupling for Bitcointalk or rest of community at large is a grand move I hope cloakcoin decides to do fully.

We want real money, real investors, and not punk kids thinking they are wolves of wall st here. I am glad they dumped, I want them out of this coin.

Here's a hint, if there were honestly serious investors here, they would have been jumping up and down at the incrediable opportunity to get in ground floor of brand new tech and innovative uses for cloakcoin. This coin can be right up there under bitcoin without a doubt. BUT we don't have a mature or grown up crowd here just twitter pumpers and dumpers.

those who forget history are doomed to repeat it: take blackcoin as an example, 2500 pages and then the toxic FUDders came in and would not stop trying to systematically trying to take down blackcoin.

The dev was thinking about closing the thread, and just on these rumours overnight there appeared 2 more "OFFICIAL BLACKCION ANN" threads. These were piece by piece copied from the original thread to be nearly indistinguishable from the legit ANN thread, except they were all self-moderated by trolls, with any real information replaced by very convincing and "official sounding" lies.

This same concerted effort to destroy Cloak i've seen before, although not as viscious.

this thread still serves the purpose of having REAL information in the OP, if nothing else. Close it and you will be giving the keys to the trolls to run their own threads, and newcomers to cloak on BCT will not stand a chance.

Djslick you make a good argument for keeping it open. Okay, I do change my mind. Though I think most conversation should migrate to cloaktalk, we should keep open. What I'd like to see is better moderation. If someone trusted could help out The Dagger as they are very busy and don't need to bother with this site, it wastes their time.

Maybe a moderated thread, one that has some basic non FUD rules. Would have to see what we all consider FUD, but this Fud to buy, and FUD to sell both serve a purpose for the trolls.
