Startcoin seems to be bubbling under the hood. I wonder why it is not yet added on Poloniex. Apparently only reason for not having Start pumped yet is that it's not on Polo where recently every coin has already been pumped.

Max has been really pushing the $1 StartCOIN last few days. And his StartCOIN promotion has ramped up significantly as well.
