Crypti is Javascript dev platfrom which offer Javascript API to work with Crypti Public Blockchain and ability to create custom private blockchains / Dapp Master Nodes for setting up dapps/private currences/services. It's also a publishing platform.
I am not a JavaScript app programmer and I am wanting to learn. Anybody have advice on where / how to start? I have been looking at Meteor. Anybody have an opinion on whether Meteor would be a good platform or a bad platform to use in developing Crypti dapps? https://www.meteor.com/They seem to have some good app development tutorials for beginners: https://www.meteor.com/tutorials/blaze/creating-an-appStart learning pure Javascript, then head out to Node.js and Angular. I'm a big fan of books, I work through one big book as an introduction and then start my own projects.

I think 1 XCR can worth more then 100 USD. Why? Cause bitcoin has 100'000 users, and it's not possibale for XCR to have such a number. But it's possible for some Dapp developer to create a Dapp with 100'000 or 200'000 or even 1 mil users, cause internet already has 3 billion users. Telegram Claims 50M Monthly Active Users. How about 50 000 000 users of Dapp build on Crypti, which uses XCR under it

Maybe someone can help me with this... I've installed v0.3.0 without any trouble and it worked fine until a sudden reboot (some trouble with the computer's power supply). After that, the wallet still launched but I got the following screen and no way to go further I also tried to uninstall/reinstall but still get the same result... Any idea?

Please: 1) send us the current node logs. run forever list to see the log file name and location (under forever folder) then send Boris or me that file. 2) stop the node - forever stop 0 (or sudo forever stop 0 if you run the node using administrative rights) 3) delete the blockchain.db file - rm blockchain.db 4) start the node - forever start app.js (or sudo forever start app.js if you run the node using administrative rights) Allow some time for the node to download the blockchain. Please let us know if this solved your problem

Moronic chinese mining pools are not only using SPV clients but generating blocks that contain no transactions beside 25BTC rewarded to miner. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/July_2015_Forks#Invalid_Block_HashesOn Crypti matters, blockchain explorer and other functionalities at http://live.crypti.me/ are lagging or not working for me, can't check how much coins are still on Bter but it would be nice if you people stop trading there and move to Poloniex. Bter is problematic and similary to MtGox, Vircurex and many other cryptocoin exchanges it is a question of when they will go bust, not if. Given current situation, it would be much better to have very good liquidity at one exchange than low liquidity on three exchanges.

I like to keep eye on things, so I was already aware of some performance problems related to the Crypti API, which are in turn causing some lag when accessing the explorer. The good news is Boris, Sebastian and the rest of the team have been working hard on testing the next point release which should rectify these issues. In the meantime I have moved the explorer to a more powerful server. It is working good for me now...

New SSL encrypted online wallet now at: https://wallet.cryptichain.me/I have just deployed an alternative on-line wallet for the community to use. Connections are all encrypted and the server is quite nippy, so the user experience should be a good one. I will add a link to it from the block explorer shortly, for easier access. Enjoy!

Hello and thanks for the solution! I'm currently downloading again the blockchain.db but it's a pretty slow process... I will update when finished

Vitalik's interesting paper on cryptocurrency-agnostic crypto platform - https://blog.ethereum.org/2015/07/05/on-abstraction/Since XCR does not have as many in house Devs as ETH, XCR can choose to build a more dev friendly platform to attract more independent devs to come to develop apps.
