I got this message in my inbox. does anyone have any idea how much one normal stakes worth of nem will be worth? it says i need to install javafx and i dont really want to donk around with it for like 25 cents. 25 cents?  you havnt looked at nem in a while have you? :L this is what they are worth.. http://nxtreporting.com/?a=12465186738101000735not pennies i can tell you that! the stake you have linked to btt is worth what 1 whole stake is worth on the AE. So my stake is worth 40,000 nxt? O.o |

There was 0.4.48 release yesterday and we hit 100_000 blocks. Most likely next relese will include multisig AND will involve blockchain restart (to prepare codebase bit more for launch). (blockchain restart is also the cause why PoI competition is coming to the end). Multisig won't be avail in UI in that release. If testing will go ok, we'll be preparing for launch. Thanks for the update. |

For those of you wondering why the hell we need to wait around for this ' multisig thing', please read this article: http://www.coindesk.com/2014-became-year-multisig/This is going to be mandatory for new coins to stay relevant over the next year and beyond. Should we launch without it, more and more people will hesitate to adopt NEM as it will be left behind in terms of security. I cant imagine the butthurt if after all this waiting, we were labeled as old technology from day 1. We should be very grateful that our Devs are on top of this. I encourage everyone to be aware of the advantages of this coin so that we can effectively begin talking smack as soon as we launch. |

Since I see some talk about multisig, supercoin has already implemented it. Might make it easier to check that source code out to implement it to NEM
