You´re one heck of a fucked up poster, but you got one thing right: I just withdrew XEM from Polo (their daily limit sucks), after weeks of not beeing able to do that. And with speed. In under a minute, or so ! All you have to do now, is to adjust your stance towards NEM. We would welcome you. Thank you.

With discounted price, I can withdraw more NEW from poloniex now.

The hacker is laundering millions of XEM through CoinPayments.net I spoke with the CEO on Telegram and he refuses to do anything without a court order. I provided all evidence to him but he doesn't care. So yeah, thanks to this guy the hacker currently has a completely unrestricted method of laundering. Essentially the hacker is depositing into the CoinPayments wallet, and immediately withdrawing to bittrex, hitbtc, polo, etc and dumping. The hacker can do this because as soon as the deposit hits CoinPayments the tainted 'mosaic' doesn't affect it because as far as the taint bot is concerned CoinPayments is an exchange. So yeah fuck CoinPayments. They're completely aware of the situation but unwilling to do anything until they get a court order.

Wow! Essentially, he is saying that he won't do anything without a court order, because it somehow will set a precedent encouraging government intervention in possible future scenarios involving "freedom fighters"... So he doesn't want government intervention, but says that that's what must happen for him to do anything.
In this scenario, Inkadnb is the "freedom fighter". The precedent Ervichov is setting, is a big welcome sign to hackers or anyone wishing to launder money. In the very least, he could easily disable XEM payments entirely. Doing so would have no interference with anyone's privacy, and would help provide better service to NEM and the XEM user base long term.
I don't think this will be good for CoinPayments, which does have an obligation to do what is in the best interest of it's investors.
*Edit* I just saw this on their Twitter:
@CoinPaymentsNET NEM is down for temporary maintenance. It should be back within 24 hours.

How many XEM has been stolen by hackers Hackers are not stupid, they send little by little the stolen coin. I advise to cover all deposit in all excenger but that is not the best way. I hope the NEM team can find a way out to keep the NEM prices down

Craptopia is the problem (They have Your XEMs but have not yet credited on Your account there)/ or You have used no or wrong message when transfering.

Craptopia is the problem (They have Your XEMs but have not yet credited on Your account there)/ or You have used no or wrong message when transfering. That's right, Cryptopia has massive problems at the moment, deposits and withdrawals needs up to a few days on some coins! I think you just have to be patient ... if your message was correct.

NEM went from being one of my best investments to worst in such a short period of time, it just keeps gushing blood.
when did you buy? how much time do you think to wanted to hold you nem? i don't know, i see a lot of people really upset for the price, but well, i think before say something like that we need to wait until the next general pump.

So it looks like this is the 'Vancouver' exchange the XEMs are flowing through? http://bitcoinist.com/blockchain-forensics-coincheck-stolen-nem/https://cointelegraph.com/news/stolen-coincheck-nem-found-in-exchanges-in-canada-japan-law-enforcement-to-be-informed

http://bitcoinist.com/blockchain-forensics-coincheck-stolen-nem/Finally.NEM is very convenient & traceable platform for current, global financial system - in contrary to those projects, that are against this system. In longterm NEM will be on the winners side. I know - for many that sucks, but for NEM to survive, expand and promote evolution not revolution - there is no other way but to be on the "banksters" side.

I'm 99% confident the article is talking about CoinPayments
