I think reddit giveaways would be a good idea.

Also what if we use the extra "auction stakes" for more crowdfunding instead? Do some extra special edition 1million funded Nem gold coins!

I think so. Reddit is highly underestimated here and I would like to see the NEM sub be more lively.

You do realize that you are merely claiming an asset right ? To get real NEM you'll need to exchange that later on. It's only for people that want to trade pre launch and not necessary for people that only want to claim their stake.

Can someone give me a boiled down, TL;DR version of the NEM movement and ecosystem?

I'm a stakeholder, but apparently this thing has a broader scope than I realized?

I guess he feels the NXT AE is a safer place to keep your stake than your BTT account which is probably true
