Last I heard Markus was going to fix V2 and give Fyrstikken code for V3. But that was like 2-3 weeks ago, so I dunno.

I think they have been fairly up front about Markus writing the software and Fyrs promoting it. Fyrs takes a lot of credit for coming up with the idea, but it is Markus that is writing the program. Unless Markus has passed his files on, I would look for confirmation from him before believing it is moving forward.
That said, stranger things have happened!
I hope Markus continues. It is a good project and another way to find a use for coins.
