I'll be back later tonight and tomorrow with a comprehensive financials report
A few people have inquired on managing the bookkeeping and PR for Cognitive, and I am in the process of sorting through these emails and PMs to choose whomever is most worthy.
So you meant report about comprehensive financials rather than a comprehensive financials report?

clap clap clap errrr i've never invested in any of this crap... nor any of the "business" offered in the forums. but yeah.. i dare say a few shareholders are certainly not seeing some important information. I'm sure you'll set it right tho... why not just tell them you seem to have 84btc sitting in your wallet (well ~140btc) if you don't minus when you paid that other guy 35btc.
84 +35 = 140? Man can you be my accountant? oh, good so im not the only one who saw that. im starting to understand however some of the problems here.if people cant do basic addition the rest of this stuff has got to be miles over their head.

Hello Shareholders,
Currently, I'm on my way to Austin to speak with Cointerra regarding our order. As the contract Ravi (CT CEO) agreed to states, if they are 30 days late (after January 31) in delivering our hardware, we will receive and additional 30% of the total hashpower we ordered. I believe they will be delivering in February, and will be able to confirm either way this evening. Hopefully I will be able to pick up a few test units while in Austin in order to start generating some sizable coins for Cognitive.
A few people have inquired on managing the bookkeeping and PR for Cognitive, and I am in the process of sorting through these emails and PMs to choose whomever is most worthy.
Cheers, Garrett
So much lulz. Quoted for preservation. I'm picking up Garr from the Austin airport and driving him to the CoinTerra office. If he does not show up I will let you all know. Our meeting should be very interesting. Any update Goat?

They felt in love, took the money and fled somewhere in South Pacific. They are living a happy life, far from the stress of Bitcoin world.

Hey guys, thanks very much for the votes of confidence! I originally didn't volunteer with Garr to play any official role with COG, but I would be willing to do so as much as I am able. I work a full time software development job which leaves me very little free time, and the last thing we want to do is replace one unresponsive representative with another. That said, I think I might be able to contribute with my presence (since I am on IRC/IM regularly while at work and can be brought in to deal with situations as they come up during USA west-cost working hours).
If Garr asks me, I'd be glad to help out however I can, but I am still hoping there will be other candidates with even more time to devote.
I am available on irc.freenode.net as "cmyers" and hang out in several bitcoin-related channels, so feel free to ping me there.

Theterabyte, your level-headedness has drawn a good amount of attention, and I and many others would love for you to play a role in the management of Cognitive. PM me and let's set up a time to chat. Cheers, Garrett

Perhaps it could be the right time to send e-mail to Havelock about COG.F and COG.F2?

Great idea! Who was pumping the price today? 0.1BTC looked so close.... pumping? you mean adding shares of a great company to ones long term holdings? soonish we will have more Th's than we can count... I don't dispute Cognitive has potential I have been holding since the down turn and picked up a nice amount of shares at the low to leverage out my losses. The statement was more meant in jest, pointing out the fact we are rising.

Don't underestimate kakobrekla's social skills. He'd be a perfect match for a PR campaign of this sort: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGCp8d8n90USo -1 (you know... in a good way) from me
