I definitly hope this coin will succeed, some features are really "impressive", we'll see to what extent but sure hope it will go far and high !

It doesn't really matter if Banksy isn't OK with it. You can't copyright a name, you could register Banksy as a trademark but that is about it. Copyright only protects works of authorship

The full member thing was a mistake, Dev rewrote the text on the website as a few people thought when he meant "Full Member", he meant your status here, when he actually meant that you had to have joined the forums and be a member of these forums.
