I definitly hope this coin will succeed, some features are really "impressive", we'll see to what extent but sure hope it will go far and high !

It doesn't really matter if Banksy isn't OK with it. You can't copyright a name, you could register Banksy as a trademark but that is about it. Copyright only protects works of authorship
