Well if you put it like that there's also no skill with poker.  You just need to bet all in and wait to see if you'll win.

Why I think it's like poker.  There's certainly that bluffing aspect of the game.  The showdown.  You're trying to get other players to go all in first and then you bet and get all the bonus.  Or you keep staring each other down and then you both die.  And there's also the constant calculation of the EV.  If you know someone's going to wait a long time, you could go early and you have a better chance of getting the bonus.

There are lots of aspect involved in a poker game.

I'm ever try to be the last one but at the end I'm lose everything. But the games is really fun. Love it

Not that easy . It seems like you dont know what it means to play poker yet. It is not like you can all-in and expect the other guy to follow you and eat up your bluff. Definitely poker is different than bustabit . It is advertised in the site that it is 99% luck and 1% skill nothing more to argue with that.

No, the bolded part is correct.  If someone cashes out at high multipliers, all you have to do is cash out at 1x with the same size bet and you'll scoop a 2.x% bonus most of the time.  That's what "better chance" means.  It won't be every time, obviously, but if the other person is frequently cashing out >1.97x, you'll get the bonus enough of the time to make the play +ev.

But he is always just betting at x1.14 and doesnt seem to do anything else, with that kind of strategy you should be loosing in the long term so he probably just had luck and it had nothing to do with any strategy

Hope no one minds, but I've taken 100 BTC out of the site bankroll. Risking 3% a game is a bit scary, especially so when I look at bustaclam's stats. So better be safe than sorry.  (Plus, I'll probably use this money to put in the moneypot bankroll to diversify my risk)   

you're not reducing the bankroll %?

Also one intresting thing about moneypot is that it is slightly similar to PoW mining on PPC.

Basically if you invest more your returns decrease.

Agree! It's a nice touch. Sorry about the lack of updates on this sort of thing, been so busy with MoneyPot I've been neglecting some of the more basic design things. On the positive note, I did have the time to add some much-requested features to MP API (hash invalidation, partial satoshi wins, and a fully functioning tipping system!).

Yup! It's an open bankroll, you can invest and divest at will. We provide the APIs to allow casinos to have tip bots on the chat server, but since we don't run the casinos it's not up to us

But I do hope there are some interesting chat bots running soon )
