Yeah they own millions of dollars and can't get a simple payout system running correctly. * a payment system that would be a heck of a lot simpler if they were actually mining at the pools they act like they are...

When i see posts of I_IZ_CEO/MemCiD and other trolls sometimes I wonder where is the limit of this bull shit :/ Accounts made 2 weeks ago and all posts concern GAW.
To be fair, I'm a real person, not trying to push an agenda and my account is new... and this is your first post too lol. Both sides here and basically hostile to each other and I'm sure both sides here have at least one person using multiple accounts. To be fair i am using GAW for a long time now. And i disagree about the ponzi sheme posts in this forum about them. Everyone can see that new account posting bad stuff about GAW are fake accounts used by trolls. I do not want to remind You the post of MemCiD when he forgot to log out from the fake troll acount and posted like I_IZ_CEO

Incase anyone has issues finding their forum and updates:
"We are experiencing an issue with todays payout round where the running process spun out of control and some accounts may have been paid out double or even more.
We have temporarily locked the ability to withdraw (for security reasons) until all accounts are rectified.
We are currently looking through the logs at this time and will provide more information as soon as we have it. After the actual issue is found, we will be running another process to adjust accounts according to actual payout.
Edit: We have stopped the running of payouts as things got a bit out of control so currently we are still looking in the logs. Thanks for your patience.
Update We are now running the payouts on a staging environment in order to get more insight on where the process got hung and will be able to provide a better update in the next 30 minutes. Thanks again for your patience.
Update It turns out that the payout issue is related to merging of hashlets and the team is still looking to be sure there are no other issues before attempting to reconcile the payouts for today accordingly. I will provide another update within the next 30 minutes with more details. Thanks again.
Update We have now found the issue and are working on a fix. We will then run a simulation in the next few minutes to be sure the issue is resolved, update a few collections in the database, and then begin the actual payout run for today. I will provide another update soon. Thank you.
Update The payout code is being updated now and a test dry run will occur directly after to be absolutely sure the problem is resolved. This process shouldn't take to much longer before the actual payout round runs for today. I will keep you posted on the most recent progress. Thanks for your patience.
Update The testing is complete and all balances are in the process of being updated to reflect the correct amount before today's payout. After this is complete, they actual payout round will run again. This shouldn't take to much longer and I will provide another update when I have more information. Thanks.
Update The process for resetting account balances is still underway and immediately after this finishes, the actual payout will run like normal. That said, the payout round for today will be a little late. We tried hard to make sure it was not late but during this situation, we actually discovered another way to improve the speed in which payouts run and will be implementing enhancements in the next week or so to speed up this actual process. Thanks for your patience. I will send another update when we have more information.
Update Currently the reconciliation is being finished up and the actual payouts are running. Thank you all for your support. I'll post another final update when this process is complete.
Update The payouts are still running like normal and shouldn't have much longer until completion. Thanks very much for your patience."

On day 5 of my support ticket + post on hashtalk + chat with Amber trying to get my last 26 hours of payouts from selling my Hashlets. At least the ticket was finally assigned to someone after I chatted with Amber.
Since this "accidental" pocketing of of my payout happened to everyone that sold Hashlets, I am not sure why they have no method in place for efficiently resolving it. It's so hard not to talk about businessmen.
Following up on my ongoing ticket with GAW as I attempt to get the final payouts I was due after transferring my 100MH of hashlets to someone else. (as we all know, GAW says that the payouts are for the previous 24 hour cycle) Luke from ZenMiner finally replied on my ticket. However he said that the payout would be "impossible to calculate" so as a "courtesy" he would pay me 45% of what the payout should have been, assuming it was equal to the previous day. He provided no rationale or explanation for not paying the full amount, instead acting as if he was doing me a great favor. What? Why would someone not receive payment for the "work" that they did? I understand GAW has a terrible terrible payment system that seems to be maintained by human labor instead of code, but why not payout the full amount when it is brought to their attention? edit: The amount is fairly trivial, ~.034 BTC, but I can't let it rest on principle.

When I sold my Hashlets to others I just assumed they would take that days payment since the code attached to those payouts was going to them. Granted hindsight is wonderful.

Maybe 45% is the amount after fees? Although if these are PrimeZenHashlets it should be closer to 75%. Do you know if maybe the buyer got paid the other 55%?

He specifically said so. I have no idea if the buyer got the payment, but since it was in my account for the entire 24 hour period for which the payment was calculated it would not make much sense to pay the buyer instead (granted that with GAW's system it might have happened). Either way, the fault is GAW's, so it is up to them to fix it even if it means they pay to me and the buyer for one day. edit: also unable to withdraw my balance from Zenpool still =/ edi #2: Looks like KNC Titans ship out on Monday and can mine Scrypt-N: https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-106

Josh considers his delivery of batch 1 VBs as beating them... So as far as his promise he considers it satisfied... Meanwhile... You have batch 2 and you also have batch 1 physical miners that haven't been shipped..
So, most would think otherwise.

I think it is good that Josh provided some sort of compensation for the VB1's, even if that solely virtual. Looks like batch 2 from KNC will be out in mid-November, so VB2 might have to wait until that date gets closer before Josh does anything =/ If he matched KNC, then batch two should get 33% more hashing power than batch one.

If it's November then AntMiner L1 looks even more competitive. $5 per MH/s in December, assuming they can meet that date. Versus ~$20 per MH/s for the Titan B2 and ~$10 for the VB. Sadly none of the three is likely to ROI unless LTC exchange rate magically triples by that time. Edit: The Titan is 4 separate boxes. Basically they made a 75 MH/s miner
