That's fucking sick, dude ! The cabinet on the very left and the very right await miners! How much hashrate will you have once you get those miners?

the trick is in the wiring!!! looks clean as a whistle but lets see how you deal with the snakes! Yup! Still waiting on some parts. Will update with pictures after...wish me luck! GL & stock up on twist ties! I'm more into Velcro Temporarily wired up half the case. Didn't use any zip ties/Velcro since final wiring will happen when I rack it. More pics

To give credit where credit is due, BFL did it first Baloney. :-) And in the interests of posting pictures, here's 300gh in my solar shed. A close up of the equipment Yes, the water cooled jallies are holding up fine. And finally, a wide angle shot of the sheds. Good solar porn here. C

That is quite the setup. Awesome solar panels. How do you store the electricity to run when it is dark? Most people feed back into the grid so that the solar panels just act as an offset to the power bills Means you get a 100% stable supply even when its cloudy/dark and you don't have to spend thousands on batteries to store the power

Very true but his looks like it is not connected to anything. I know up here people have some cool setups that store a few days of electricity for constant stable power. That is quite the setup. Awesome solar panels. How do you store the electricity to run when it is dark?

Depends. Main system is grid-tie with Sunny Boy 1800 and 700 inverters. However some of the panels keep a set of 200ah*24v batteries in the shed topped off for emergency power with a 700 watt inverter. If power goes out I can switch that in to run the fridge, internet, and coffee makers. Very important. I can also put a 900 watt rotary inverter on the electric tractor. 36 volt by about 120ah capacity using flooded NiCDs. C

First post. Don't hate. This isn't super scalable but its an idea I came up with and im trying to see if I want to pull the trigger and make it. let me know what you think. CRITICS welcome. Thanks. Limitations & Constraints:Garage environment with very limited floor space. window for exhaust, Separate window for inlet CANNOT HEAT THE GARAGE whatsoever. CANNOT LEAVE DOOR OPEN Must filter air Goals: Divide all air so that no video card is getting air that has been heated by other components. Reasonable airflow for low noise 100% filtered, Positive pressure Basic concept: __________________ |-----Exhaust------| |---------8 Cards--| |_______\________| |- 8 Cards--\------| |__________\_____| |----------/-------| |-- FAN--/--FAN---| |________________| |---AIR FILTERS---| |________________| Air starts at the bottom, Passes through the fans. It is then segregated, One fan feeds the lower most cards, The other fan feeds the upper most cards. The air is continued to be segregated until the top rack where the top cards exhaust their heat. The air is then piped out of a window. Pictures:!:!!: ! 4.5+ Terrahashes. Not clearly seen is 4 units in stacking crates to the left side (these are for sale in the Toronto area, by the way - trying to offload the crates for cheap to avoid tearing them down to go on shelves) plus an S2 on the bottom shelf
