How about a panoramic?
damn i have an asic 'boner' crosses legs how much is all that (braces self may 'swoon') I really love that rack. Well organised, clean etc. I really hope one day I would have one like that too! There is one thing that - as a network / dc tech makes he tick. Why the different color of cables? - my OCD hopes its cause some are customer ones and some are your own The majority of the "different" cables are, I believe power cables, most of the cat5 cables are red with one rack of blue. But the black/red/yellow ones are breakouts from the server psu's rack 4 from the right, theres both red and white cables going into the S2's .... *tick tick tick* if you don't like it, don't look at it i love looking at that setup and wish i had it oh, i like it.. so +1 - its just my OCD having issues

FYI: Those power meters are rated for 1800w max. Be careful. Edit: I was mistaken. UK version of that power meter goes up to 3120watts.

I just check the site where I bought them from and it says ( http://steplight.com.au/monitor/plug-in-electricity-power-meter/): Measures from 1 to 2,400 watts.I will have to use 2 meters when the SP30 arrives.. Cheers, QG

Ummmm.... Stuffed bird ? FIRE HAZARD ? . LOL If I'm not mistaken, that's the three-eyed raven from Game of Thrones... I think he's trying to encourage better mining temps by invoking the GOT "Winter is Coming" technique...

It creates a coil like that, and inductive currents can blow both ends. I mean the miner controller + the rooter.

Upgraded the rig yesterday. 5.8 TH/s
4x Antminer S1 Overclocked at 201 GH/s.
5x Antminer S2 One busted LED display.
The Full Rig
Obligatory S2 Display
Have you had any issues with your S2's? Did the busted display happen during transit?

Wow, rly ? U think there is enough inductive current to blow something ? What u think how long cable needs to be ? And do u have some actual proof that did happen to somebody ? Only asking coz i do internet networks setup, left cables like that if they are to long many times .

You get like 12V / 1A from induction when hanging a huge coil below a 10000V landline. So yeah, the odds that a meteorite would crash into your home is probably higher than you blowing anything out because of induced electrical currents.

I know in theory it can happen but, i mean that like 10m of UTP cable cant do no harm.

Yes, 2 of the 5 units were seriously rattled during transport including multiple cards un-seated and multiple cables disconnected. I tried my best to plug in the cable to the LED display, but I may not have seated it all the way or it may actually be broken, not 100% sure. Thankfully they are all hashing. One unit is running a little bit slow, going to pop it open later to make sure everything is in order.

Happened to my shop last year, all cameras, printers and fax, usb sides on pcs got blown by a thunder hit a mile away. I dont care if you dont do your research, it is your equipment do as you wish. ps. Micro, you are an expert in network setups, huh? Do you have some actual proof?
