Still incredible to see how you guys continue to put your time and effort into this, without getting a large IPO beforehand. Just wanted to tell you that you're doing a great job and have got my support!

We are not going to launch the multipool in an unstable state. Give us some time to get it to a point we are happy for registrations. What we can say is that it will not be long but we cannot put a timeframe on finishing the conversion, testing and making sure it is stable. Users of Bitcointalk and our forum will be testing the multipool very soon.

No need to hurry, we can wait until it's completely functional if you have the time I think you should refresh the OP a little bit as well, for example the whitepaper/press release should be changed to reflect that the focus has shifted from being a UK and British Isles cryptocurrency. Also, it would be nice if there was something that said that the spacedrop has ended, because newcomers might get confused, and that the PoW period was actually less than 6 months + is Michael Harkess still part of the SLG team? thanks The whitepaper will be updated and the OP will also be refreshed. Also Michael Harkess isn't a full-time member of the team but is used in a freelance fashion this is why he was removed from the site.

The video funding, donation and other BTC addresses related to Sterlingcoin activities funds, are now all being held on a secure Ledger Wallet Nano device. This is the very same device we will be reselling via our site once the wallet software is ready/adapted for Sterlingcoin. This software requires no software install, no drivers and just the Chrome web browser. The device can be used on a computer that is riddled with malware, virus' etc. and is still completely safe. The address for the video fund will remain the same but funds will be moved to the Ledger Wallet Nano which is held by Spencer Lievens. The device will hold all BTC including Spencer Lievens personal funds, so the amount shown will be over what the video funding totals on the website (0.65BTC). Ledger Wallet Nano Address - 1EainbzZfYNKUPc18TuCaVuc9GJq6uPNNv - https://blockchain.info/address/1EainbzZfYNKUPc18TuCaVuc9GJq6uPNNvAlso even if the Ledger device is lost/damaged we can still recover the address. Again this is the work of the Ledger Wallet team to make that possible with ease. https://ledgerwallet.com | http://bitcoinexpo2015.com/nicolas-bacca/ (CTO) | http://www.slideshare.net/EricLarcheveque/bitcoin-hardware-wallets-security (CEO of Ledger Wallet) Sterlingcoin are official resellers of the Ledger device and are very proud to be so. Nicolas Bacca, CTO of Ledger Wallet was an excellent speaker at the expo and is an amazing reverse engineer of devices. The Ledger Wallet is truly the step towards mass adoption needed for cryptocurrencies. Security, ease of use and within a familiar environment, the web browser. We are excited to have this software available for everyone and to have the devices listed in our web store within the coming weeks.

The store will first be retailing the existing Bitcoin version of the Ledger Wallet and later a Sterlingcoin version of the Ledger Wallet when/if the software and hardware is eventually finalized ? Does any part of their existing solution rely on connectivity to a 3rd party service i.e. their website (including key recovery) ?

Does any part of their existing solution rely on connectivity to a 3rd party service i.e. their website (including key recovery) ? We will list the device once Sterlingcoin supports it. In case of loss or theft of your Ledger Wallet, or at any time, you can restore your entire balance either on a new Ledger Wallet or on any BIP39 compatible software wallet such as Multibit HD or Mycelium. Without the PIN code and the second factor card, a thief cannot access your bitcoins. If you have any doubt about compromise of your PIN code and/or second factor card, you should immediately transfer your balance to another wallet. Second factor card is included with the Ledger Wallet Nano. After three invalid attemps, the wallet will reset itself to factory condition, wiping your master seed. You will then need to restore your wallet using the 24 words backup.

1) The total coinbase of Sterlingcoin is 63,900,000. PoW is finished ("normal mining") and lasted 4 months, in that time a total ~3.8 million were mined. As of this second there are 3,865,448.922SLG in Circulation. The remaining coinbase of ~60 million is used for the accrued interest on existing and future holdings of Sterlingcoin. The only way to attain Sterlingcoin is to either trade, buy, faucets and earning it through work. 2)SLG is now focused at a world audience. We learnt within the pre-launch period and first few weeks from launching the wallet our audience was spread globally and the interest far outreached the shores of the UK. Also with a development team based in the USA and UK there was no reason to hold the currency back in any way, shape or form. Out of interest where have you been looking at info about SLG? Here are some useful links - http://forum.sterlingcoin.org.uk/index.php/topic,2.0.html

Is this correct? 2) I understand your change but you need to undestand that the are thousands of coins focused worldwidely, but just 1 focused in UK. From the investor side it was an inteligent movement but from marketing point of view IMO it wasnt the best. Before focusing worldwide you had something that makes you different from the others but now you have lost it. Why would you want to loose what makes you special?? IMO you should keep attracting international investors but the merchants and consumers should be from UK. That's what makes you STERLINGCOIN!! Another reason is that people has something called nationalism (I'm not talking if you care or you dont care about borders and all that stuff, but the fact is it exist) and they like their national currency, is like their national identity.

But people misunderstood this as being exclusively attached to the UK and unobtainable and unusable by anyone outside the UK, which simply isn't and never will be the case.
