@Blago

What does it mean?

Your deadline is larger than it should be.
Send deadline: 21630
Server's deadline: 51793
file: 12607675745205824184_14600018_800000_4000

in my opinion... 21630 is < 51793... where is my mistake? Smiley

1. You found deadline "21630"
2. Sent nonce to server
3. Server init new block
4. Server recieve your nonce for deadline "21630"
5. Server calculate your nonce for new block
6. Server return deadline 51793
7. Miner compare sent deadline and recieved deadline.

btw,  change "Your deadline is larger than it should be." to "Your deadline was not confirmed by server".

Relax, I’m russian!...

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

ok here my steps for solo mining whit the windows c-miner:

1 - download the miner from https://www.dropbox.com/s/85cequgcmlonc6z/miner-burst.zip?dl=0

2 - unzip the folder in the desktop

3 - inside the unzipped folder put my correct passphreases.txt

4 - create a miner.bat file

5 - in the miner.bat file put this code:
Code:
miner.exe solo 127.0.0.1 8125 E:\SoloMiner\plots F:\SoloMiner\plots H:\SoloMiner\plots

6 - run the run.bat from the burst software folder

7 - run the miner.bat from the miner desktop folder

and the cmd windows show this:

for a really quikly time, at the start of a new block, i get this:

some of my plots are made whit the dev java plotter, other whit c-plotter, other whit janor fast plotter, all under win7 x64
those plots work well in solo, i fund some block, or in the dev pool whit regular pay.

im watching c-cex , poloniex and bittrex for 5 days now ... looks like at 130 satoshi it is a good buy pressure and all 3 exchanges have almoust all the time 10 BTC buy at 130-135 satoshi ... looks like the real belivers are buying a lot of coins from all 3 exchanges ... when dev will finish the PLANS we will have a good rise on price ... not to mention that soon we will have only 9000 coins/block .

Anyone see this http://nxtfreemarket.com ? Everytime I look NXT or it's ecosystem is adding something.

I think we either need to hire 200 developers to compete with NXT or join the SuperNET.

For test try https://www.dropbox.com/s/85cequgcmlonc6z/miner-burst.zip?dl=0

miner.exe pool burst-pool2.cryptoport.io 80 c:\plots\ d:\plots\ ...

Totally missed this...  Huh Is it your tool? Does it work on Dev2's pool? How is the preferance overall? Does it handle memory better than the java miner? Should one run one instance for each plot dir or will it do as well including several dirs?

I was just about to replace my last windows installs with ubuntu.

Have to try it when I get home. If it works well, the coder can expect a donation Smiley

Thanks! Smiley

I'm using dcct's new miner to solo mine and I keep getting this:

Code:
Walet reported no deadline.
229 MB read/917 GB total/no deadline

Any idea what might be causing this? and how to fix it?  Roll Eyes

I'm mining with 6TB by the way.

dcct's miner can not handle special characters in your passphrase properly.
If you use special characters in your passpharase and you want to use dcct's miner,
you should change miner's code a little or change your passphrase and replot all you HDDs. Wink

Quote
If passphrase contains special characters like !"#$%& etc..., the miner won't mine properly.
The special characters must be encoded like %21%22%23%24%25%26.
The line 72 and 372 of  mine.c should be modified like following.

Code:
LINE 72:
// Buffer to read the passphrase to
char passphrase[/*2001*/6001];

LINE 372:
#if 0
        for( i=0; i<bytes; i++ ) {
                if( passphrase[i] == ' ' )
                        passphrase[i] = '+';

                // end on newline
                if( passphrase[i] == '\n' )
                        passphrase[i] = 0;
        }
#else
        {
                char work[6001];
                long result = 0;
                char *p = NULL;
                long loop1;

                p = work;
                for (loop1=0; loop1 < bytes; loop1++) {
                        result = isalnum(passphrase[loop1]);

                        if (result == 0) {
                                if (passphrase[loop1] != 0xa) { /* if not newline. */
                                        sprintf(p, "%%%x", passphrase[loop1]);
                                        p+=3;
                                }
                        } else {
                                *p = passphrase[loop1];
                                p++;
                        }
                }
                bytes = p - work;
                memcpy(passphrase, work, bytes);
        }
#endif

Hello everybody. Fanepatents's pool has plans to become a large pool, and there will be a big announcement coming tomorrow, so all you current miners be ready, cause you're going to be getting a few extra burst's soon Wink

Are u sure his pool can handle it ? Looks like the pool crash with only over 110 miner. Current block shows 9k +. Can it handle 200 or 300 miner ?

interesting,
this could explain the problems of using the memory in pocminer?
I have many special characters in my passphrase

FYI, I tried to install a virtual machine centos but memory increases in the same way in windows

not true, in my opinion...
I got 5600 BURST in 2 days with 6 TB plots.
not bad because chance to get a block in solo with 6 TB is only 0.1%!
Other pool tried, didn't catch so "much".

Is it your tool?  -  based at dcct code, but some recoded.
Does it work on Dev2's pool?  - Yes, but testing now, download new version https://www.dropbox.com/s/3ah0se62uvz1n8t/miner.exe?dl=0 (delete some bugs for V2)
Does it handle memory better than the java miner?  - Yes
Should one run one instance for each plot dir or will it do as well including several dirs?  -  1 miner for several dirs
