Yes, price will always go up as long as there are miners on the pool. We didn't "calculate" a price per share, just picked one. Thing is, no matter what you pay, all that goes into investing in khs/ghs/tb's so you will recieve dividends based on that

Now the pool fee bit, well the pool fee just gets used to purchase more khs/ghs/tb's. This increases the value of each share, as well as revenue.

EDIT: So now 3000 shares issued, and let's say the fee brought in 25,000 burst that first month. At the end of the month the pool has 325,000 burst worth of khs/ghs/tb's -- this means that each share is worth 108 burst at the end of the month(actually, this is quite realistic ), but in order to increase the size of mining operation, enough shares are issued to half the increase(so 8 burst increase, enough shares issued to change that to a 4). In this scenario that means that at the end of the month another 125 shares issued at the end of the month @ 104 burst
