Yours is a weak analogy for the sake of scapegoating.

a. Christian gods granted to their respective christians that very thing they, in the determinations of these gods, destroyed within full knowledge of their inevitably proceeding to do so.

b. In the case of your analogy, it was not the parent that enabled the child to do what they believed to be damage to them, but the child themselves.

c. Indeed, within your analogy, you indemnify the parent of enable-ment, and place full fault upon their child.

My analogy isn't perfect.  I was just trying to come up with an example that gives an idea that God, out of love for us, would pay the price for our sins, kind of like a parent who really loves their child would want to do the same for their child if they had made a mistake.

But God isn't enabling us to sin.  He gave us free will to do so though.  Should we blame God for our ability to choose to do wrong?  Should God have created us without that choice?  Again, like I said above, God could have done that if He wanted to.  But we have the ability to choose.  

Their deeds prove enablement for their foreknowledge.

So are you saying that because God knew that man would sin, and that man's sins would cause damnation to hell without repentance, then God should not have even given man this choice?

That post asserts that christian gods' provision of "free will" to their christians constitutes enablement for their bearing a knowledge of those transgressions upon theirself such provision would precipitate.

I feel like I am back in college and trying to read a syllabus that is a bit too confusing.  

It isn't like I have never asked the question of why God even allows us to sin or gave that option to us to begin with, especially if he foreknew that men would do the things they do.  I guess what makes me sort of understand why He would do this, is because of His desire for us to really want to know Him because we choose to know Him.  With that freedom comes the pain and suffering we see.  Could we really choose God without having the choice to not choose Him?  There is the real question.  Then we could ask why God doesn't just hit the "smite" button on those that don't choose Him, or choose to hurt others, but then God is amazingly patient and will that everyone will choose to accept Him.  So it really is not a simple thing.  The gift of free will brings many issues along with it.

It's difficult to understand exactly what you are talking about. And, you are making it so, intentionally, because you happen to want to play a little. So, what is there really to talk about, since all you want to do is play?

There are two major groups in the camp that is called Christians. There are the people who are truly, sincerely religious, believing in God for ideals of peace and salvation. Then there are the wicked people who simply want to use the name "Christian" for evil purposes, or as a method for making money at the expense of others.

It is similar in your society, that is, in the group of people who adhere to the basic, general ideals that you adhere to. Some of the people are sincere, sincerely believing the things that they are attesting to. Then there are the crooks, people who sit in your society with the idea of making money, with the idea of harming others.

What's interesting is that often all the people in both your society and mine make mistakes. The good people make mistakes, and so do the bad people. The only reason the crooks in mine might have made more harm for people is that my society has been around a lot longer than yours.  It is only in the last 300 years, and particularly in the last 100 years, that your society has been able to overcome the natural knowledge about the existence of God in the formal, outward way that it has.

This is where my society is bringing about more benefit for at least some people than yours. My society is the one that prepares some of its people for the resurrection from the dead. Yours cannot do this. This means that if your society lasts for another 500 years, it will be sending thousands of people to Hell, whereas mine will be saving thousands... even some of the bad ones in my group.

Now, here is the most important part of this post. Your society has been around for almost as long as mine. It is only in recent years, because of entropy in the general health of the people, that people can't think as clearly as they did in the past. This has allowed for the charlatans of old age earth and evolution - your society - to pull the wool over the eyes of so many of the people in recent years, blinding them to the truth of God. Remember, way down deep you know that God exists. And - no malice intended - it will go bad for you in the resurrection if you do not change and submit to God, worse if you bring others to follow your way.
