What I don't understand about the Globee funding proposal is as follows:

Globee is a for-profit company that is accepting donations to implement its payment processing system.
Globee is putting up half of the capital and asking for the remaining 50% to be donated by the Monero community.
Per the proposal, Globee is going to recover their full investment first.
After Globee has recovered their 4500 XMR investment, subsequent recovery will be split 50/50 between the Monero community (redeposited into general donation fund) and Globee for the next 9000 XMR.
All further commissions that Globee attains will solely be profit for the company.

So, Globee takes an equal risk to the Monero community, but their risk is mitigated first (their 4500 XMR is recovered first). Furthermore, they make potentially a significant return on investment, whereas the Monero community donators do not achieve that benefit at all.

Can someone please explain to me, why at all such a proposal should be funded?

The monero donators will get a full-time contributor to the project that already is working for monero for a long time but was paid out of rics pocket till now. And if its a success the money back @ a likely higher price in the future if this things helps to the success, marketing and value of Monero

I think XMR Monero will get huge after a couple of years, the reason is because I think the majority of people invested and heard about bitcoin have mostly negative views on it, that is also true because of the fact that we will get forkes over and over again because some greedy people want more money and power, Monero is fully anonymous and also the transaction is faster than bitcoin, so in future I think it will be much bigger.

Everyone is free to do with their money whatever it please them. He can donate to found this proposal or ignore it. It is their money. Solely for them to decide what to do with it. This is beauty of real crypto as it is Monero.

As I understand if this project will be successful. 4500 XMR collected here will eventually return to the Monero developers found. Plus, there will be plenty other positive points. But to list them is way better to wait a year.

Funding Support System i guess but I think you mean FFS which would be Fee For Service in this context I would say, or what explorer said.

Edit: I hope these funds will be released upon some type of verifiable milestone timeline as it looks to me like this is just a husband and wife team running Globee.

Maybe, I have only seen one picture of that kid and wouldn't waste my time even looking for one, I have no respect for him, Fluffy OTOH I do respect what he has accomplished with this team and would like to see him make an effort when being the face of Monero.

I am not talking shit about "suits" I was simply addressing the fact that NOBODY else is fronting Monero in real life, that was all. You can twist it how you want, but whatever.. Nobody else is doing presentations or anything, so yeah, that does make him the Face of Monero for now... Let's hope that changes - and Sure, by all means, go present.. wear whatever the fuck ya want, but at least look professional. That's the point !!!
