There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Dang, since the dip from ATH 8/28 down to the bottom at 8/30 - looks like we are just hitting the 38% retracement at 0.0308

I was thinking of buying in too at around 2.8 after it hung out there for a couple days, but I made a dumb trade during the dip from ATH and got scared and fked up. stupid me haha. Lost about 10% of my allocated trading stack there :/

Live and learn. Still up since I got in at $100, but I plan on learning on my mistakes as much as possible. Definitely no room for fear in this game though

This was before I discovered fibbos, but after seeing this retracement-up I am believing more and more. Will see in the morning though, but I think its fitting. from the 8/24 bottom to the ATH 8/28, this dip has hovered at 50%, bounced off of 61%, hovered at 50% then is just breaking that 38% again. Crazy stuff, but I have no idea where its going from here so I am hodl everything for now. My guess is its back to 0.029 for a little bit then up up and away

Yep, I am still pretty new at this, tips appreciated Cheesy

I like this coin though, despite the pump its got some major backbone. Plannin on goin 30% full from here on out when all the hype is over with and we find the real current price

u can't do any TA based on pair which is unstable from both ends ...
simply, you have to measure it to USD not to BTC

Looking for investment tip? XBY OMG and ADX, thank me later Wink

So the retraction didn't quite hit the 38.2% mark which is an extremely bullish sign.

Right now we're heading back up to the 0.034-0.035 area where we'll likely encounter some mild resistance, but once through that, we should smash through the ATH with relative ease.

Therefore: I'm gonna go slightly higher than aminorex's prediction of 0.06 and call it somewhere between 0.070 and 0.075.

Good luck everybody and fasten your seatbelts.

I really hope you are right (again). Do you got a timeframe for your prediction? Hours? Days? Weeks?

Read it again. You don't need to download blockchain, you can connect your CLI/GUI to remote node.

Aha okay, thanks... RangeDriver, you there bro?  Paging RangeDriver Paging RangeDriver Cheesy

~0.026 marks the 38.2% retraction and coincides with previous resistance.

That should be a pretty reliable floor if you're able to get in there.

I think we will dip below 0,026  Wink

If so, I shall be very, very happy to buy them.
If Monero can drop down under that price, I will comeback margin trade and putting all my money, lol Grin!
I do not think Monero can dip below 0,02 BTC again like earlier of this year.
I remember someone sayng here that it would be impossible to see monero bellow 0.015 again. and it did for several weeks. At that time it seemed very reallistic to see monero hold above 0.015 as it seems reallistic to see it hold 0.02 now...

I think it's oversold right now, so i speculate on a drop down to 0,024xxx in the next days  Cheesy

I dont think we will see much of a drop before Sunday, unless BTC goes $7000+ .  But after Sunday you never know what will happen, things move fast in crypto. In one week everything can change.  In September we will have new GUI and hard fork.  Possibly more things that i cant even think right now could attract people to Monero.

Speculation:  There will be XMR billionaires by the end of next year.  Wrap your hear around THAT one.

I doubt that. I really do.

So the retraction didn't quite hit the 38.2% mark which is an extremely bullish sign.

Because we did not hit the Bithumb listing ATH yet.
