Any particular reason you believe people should sell for half the price they bought 5 days ago? 0.000058 = 17250gemz / 1btc. So it's actually the right price. 5 days ago it was 10000. and ? most of it was bought at closer to 17000.. |

Really big fail on Koinify wallet. Seriously, who in their organization thought a 24hr hold on withdrawal request was a good idea. This is built on bitcoin, the same bitcoin that sends value all over the world with 10 minute confirmation times.
I still haven't received my email but from previous comments it doesn't matter anyways. Wonder if they are manually sending the email and writing the address out by hand.

its not the point i never sent all the amount to new address first sent 10 for test and then the rest so its 24hx2 |

Yep, looks like it. Koinify Team is in charge of the withdrawals from their platform, I'm sure TomKoinify will make an announcement today. That wasn't directed at Gems. That was directed at Koinify. I was just making a joke about how crazy it is that it takes them 24hr to send a bitcoin transaction. |

When we do go live with broadcasting the transactions, 24 hours is the max limit if we do not hear from you via an e-mail confirmation of the withdrawal. Repling 'YES' to the email when we are LIVE will expedite the process, and it will not take 24 hours.

Can you confirm the Android wallet and the Counterparty wallet is simply a mirror or each other., ie they are one and the same address wise. It seemed like you separated them in your explaination. |

Your GetGems Application wallet is a Counterwallet. You can log in via Counterwallet.io, and its the same wallet linked to your app if you use the same 12 word passphrase. Additionally, some people want to use separate wallets, and the explanation was meaning you can send to a Counerwallet address that is not linked to the GetGems mobile application as well. |

It's two factor authentication, as explained in the post. What are you having difficulty understanding? If you want to enable 2FA, download the app on iOS or Android, and pair it with your Koinify wallet when you go to withdraw. 2FA is also optional. |

Where does the use of the app come in if I'm requesting a withdrawl anyway to Koinify? Using the app means I don't need to make a request? Asking to use an app almost no average person has ever used is kind of annoying. |
