You can't expect everyone in the world to be smart. I bought during the presale mainly so that I would be eligible for free airdrops. I sold on the knowledge that Magma VC invested $400k in the company and not the coin. However, I still have the highest hopes for Daniel's dream. |

The seed investment in the company is also relevant to gemz tokens. Also from the q&a selling your original GEMZ will not change your original crowdsale buyer status. The original crowdsale buyers perk system will be calculated based on the original participation at the time of the pre-sale end which were recorded on blockscan. Original crowdsale buyers will be rewarded relatively to their original number of coins that they’ve purchases during the pre-sale. The GEMZ reward will be sent to the original Koinify addresses. |

True but I thought buying in the presale gives you a perk particularly that unregistered accounts are added to 'presalers' which is a massive perk BUT it is only a factor and another major factor I thought was calculated ALSO on how many coins you held. I'm just saying to get any real benefit the user also needs to be holding coins and say if he only had for example 10 coins it wouldnt matter how great his score influenced by the perk as he isn't going to get 1000's of coins. |

We will maintain updates of the Counterparty API, only after we insure it works perfectly with GetGems. 2. Sending of coins (GEMZ/BTC) to Telegram contacts who don't have the GetGems app will invite them to download the app in order to receive coins (download link added). 3. Sending coins (GEMZ/BTC) to other GetGems user will be shown as a chat message. 4. Added the ability to send BITS and USD display of BTC (Conversion is made by BticoinAverage API). Still waiting for official developer's post.... |

GetGems developer update - android build 2.1.11(414) 1. Our own XCP nodes are in the air. As stated earlier, we relied on Counterparty servers in order to perform tasks like opening a new wallet, sending coins, etc. By opening our own nodes, we detach ourselves from any future changes the Couterparty dev team do that can break our code. We will maintain updates of the Counterparty API, only after we insure it works perfectly with GetGems. 2. Sending of coins (GEMZ/BTC) to contacts who don't have the GetGems app (they are using a regular Telegram client). These users will receive a Telegram message saying that their contact is trying to send coins and they have to download the app in order to collect them (download link added) 3. Sending coins (GEMZ/BTC) to other GetGems user will be shown as a Telegram message in the chat. For example: Hi, i've sent you 100 Gems. 4. Added the ability to send BITS and USD (Conversion is made by BticoinAverage API) Note: iOS App, Airdrop, inviters link with username pre-filled, QR scanner plus some more cool staff are being worked on and will be talked about in-depth during the next developer update. |

Useful features there i'm happy with the bits addition, wondering what the other cool stuff is that is being worked on. I think it's safe to say this is the most versatile (with features that actually have a legit purpose) and simple (attention to non tech users is nice to see) Crypto related app right now with still much more to add. Although i think the updates that really going to make this a killer app has yet to be added.

Nice update, i like these details. The USD display of BTC is a pretty powerful tool for non tech users. This way they can see Crypto as money since they can relate it to USD.
I have understood that as of now from my experience there are 2 important features the non tech person likes in GetGems, i got asked by a friend today how to send GIF and second he told me he invited his friends but didn't get GEMZ as a reward. I told him he will get it soon. So they like the gif feature and rewards, he doesn't really cares/understands bitcoin, but with the usd display of bitcoin now hopefully he sees bitcoin as money aswell.
