As my government is finally started to show some progress in effort to become EU member, there is a plan to soon have local notaries, meaning that the price of getting affidavit should become reasonable (at least reasonable for me). However, as I missed this deadline

VPS will keep the claims process open for another three months through May 23, 2013.

BFL has also said expect 170MH/J. Hopefully Giga has specced out power and cooling on 35kW for the four Minirigs. Tongue

VPS is gearing up to be using over 170kW of power.  Tongue

Hi james,
More than a month gone after the release of FinCEN guidance.
When will you publicly announce your plans which comes out as a result of fincen guidance ?
What is the end date for claiming gigamining bonds?
You so far said many times, that their is no end date for claiming, now saying 23 May 2013. From where suddenly the 23 May as end date came?
Why so far you cant able to announce numbers of bonds claimed & unclaimed?

If i send email for my claim without id proof, address proof, tax id, notarization, apostille will it be accepted?
Already you have my email address & bitcoin address from glbse to send back my dividends.

Hi james,
More than a month gone after the release of FinCEN guidance.
When will you publicly announce your plans which comes out as a result of fincen guidance ?

VPS is working with another US based business to fully understand the FINCEN regulations. At this time, it is looking like VPS will need to become a MSB at some point in the near future.

What is the end date for claiming gigamining bonds?
You so far said many times, that their is no end date for claiming, now saying 23 May 2013. From where suddenly the 23 May as end date came?

You are correct that the end date of the claims process in May 23rd. This was announced at the three month mark of the claims process being open. May 23rd is the 6 month mark for the claims process being available.

Why so far you cant able to announce numbers of bonds claimed & unclaimed?

Over 80% off all outstanding contracts have been claimed.

If i send email for my claim without id proof, address proof, tax id, notarization, apostille will it be accepted?

If you send in the required information, you will be paid.

I need DIRECT answer James.

If i send email for my claim without id proof, address proof, tax id, notarization, apostille will it be accepted?

Or If i send email for my claim with id proof, address proof, tax id, without notarization, apostille, will it be accepted?

If you still trying to understand Fincen, how can you announce an end date for claims?

Is that mean, you don't care what fincen results will be, coz you still want claim can be done only with notarization & apostille?

Or If i send email for my claim with id proof, address proof, tax id, without WITH notarization, apostille, will it be accepted?

Fixed for clarification. Documentation without verification is not acceptable for a claim.

NO.

Or If i send email for my claim with id proof, address proof, tax id, without notarization, apostille, will it be accepted?

YES.

If you still trying to understand Fincen, how can you announce an end date for claims?

FINCEN has next to nothing to do with what is required for the claims process. The requirements for the claims process are because VPS operates as a US business and must comply with applicable law.

ok.

So you should have to pay for the fees  since  this condition  was not part of the contract when issuing the bonds.

Gigapvps said YES & sending id proof, address proof, tax id in email as scanned documents don't need any money.

I think you snuck in a "without" in there that he did not see.  Very sneaky.  Very sneaky.

So, I think he may have answered your question incorrectly.

If you ask the same thing many many times that has already been answered many many times & ask in many many slightly different ways will this maybe change the outcome maybe = only in India Cheesy

Dude you need to jump through the giga hoops, period. Pro tip - once you do that, then don't take the 'early upgrade' option to tearamining Cry

I remembered an Indian mining op that you sold shares for long ago, so unless I'm mistaken you operate there, no? India isn't dragged here - it's where you're coming from.

I'm coming from Spain btw - Hola!

Yes, i operated a mining company & i never mentioned its an Indian company anywhere & when i can't able to operate, i bought back all the shares & closed it.
What is the need for you to call India & my mining company here in gigamining thread?

Your mining op was totally 'mentioned' as being located in India from the start, when it failed due mostly to being in India & the challenges that raised for mining that you hadn't adequately anticipated & allowed for, then it is of great credit to you that you eventually bought back all the shares when you had to close it, I don't remember if people ended up losing money by backing you but they certainly never made any & it was not a good investment for them by any means, usual story the btc price was rising fast - your assets were in fiat payed equipment, difficulty rising, inadequate electricity supply, faulty hardware, the whole thread was a tale of woe, just about everything that could have gone wrong did so.

I mentioned 'only in India' as a lite comment on your posts in this thread, you have a persistent & imo pernickety style that I chose to satirize a little, feel free to satirize mine anytime Grin
