Is it possible to transfer the tokens to a "wallet" on my own instead of leaving it there on Bter?
not TOKEN
you need to wait for it to get converted to actual SuperNET, symbol UNITY

And after that it can be transferred? I don't like my coins sitting on an exchange, so i hope it can be transferred to a place i want.
once the fund raising is over, it gets exchanged for the actual SuperNET and then you can withdraw, trade, etc
so if you buy in the final hour on the last day, then little time on exchange

They have practiced similar scenarios before and they are Chinese; less inclined to legal limits Polo is experiencing right now.

The behavior of BTER  with NXT community after its hack issue was almost perfect.

Nobody lost a single NXTcoin (except from BTER obviosuly)

The token is like unity technically a nxt asset too. So im pretty sure answer is no.

So I should not utilize the TOKEN/NXT exchange on Bter?  It looks available to purchase.

Right now its a demo.

So his point is, to eliminate legal issues under US law, it must be a crowd sale of tokens redeemable for consumable products or not redeemable for anything as a donation as a safest bet. This makes them different from tokens that offer financial returns, which would be considered securities/equity and which would be highly regulated. It's all about wording Smiley

Awesome stuff.  I have been into crypto equity for a while and love the concept, only on counterparty at the moment though.  I grabbed some SWARM and met the team a few times.  I also have some Storj, tatiannacoin and even some SOYBEANS mentioned in the vid.  Smiley

Crowdfunding using Vennd and counterparty is a smooth experience but the BTC trade fees and difficulty executing BTC trades on counterparty is a nightmare at the moment, orders never match for me in BTC.

I am currently working on a crypto coffee vending machine project for BlackCoin and am toying with the idea of creating a token and paying back dividends in BTC for every coffee bought in BlackCoin to the people that hold the tokens.  Not a serious investment for them but an interesting fun cryptoequity slash cryptocurrency slash vending machine experiment that might help to raise the funds to build even more.

Once BlackBean is operational I will have a bash at creating a machine that can accept multiple coins or maybe even a dedicated BitcoinDark accepting condom machine.  Wink
