Another way to look at it is, he is putting in 2000BTC to get 1000BTC worth of SuperNet assets MAX (This is including all the bonuses).

So i cannot see why anyone would be voting no....

So it's basically like a bounty that he needs to hunt in order to implement and code new techs into the program so it grows to the stated multiplicators in order to get his bonus paid out.
yes, especially for the 10x, unless all the things are planned are in place it will be hard to achieve it

What if other people are committing code to git. Will you share bonus with them? Based on lines committed or some other way?
I am always willing to reward people for their contributions and I would have the resources to do this, but for these bonus I am 1500 BTC behind and so I dont think it is unreasonable for me to get the bonuses, which is still 1000 BTC less than I put in.

I am essentially earning back a quarter of what I put in and only if TOKEN buyers are getting 3x and 10x, so these are happy scenarios for everyone.

Yep, it is hard to have a balance.
I felt somehow bad for the ones who missed the price because the "whales" bought everything so fast.

Chris

Chris,

just don't create evolve3, because evolve2 is all bought up too already, let the market carry on from here Cheesy

No more, I was scolded already  Cheesy

Absolutely incredible that you diluted the stake of the original investors ... madness ... this is a serious industry guys, with serious money!
There was no dilution.
This was done without my advice, but each of the assets are for the exact same share.
Instead of 1 million assets for 25%, it is 1.4 million assets for 35%

Chris has assured me that there wont be any more changes and that I will be consulted first on anything that affects the assets.

James

to me I seemed unserious also evolve and evolve2 but seeing this post, I understood that james was supporting  evolve assets.

otherwise I would not have bought the assets.  Angry

Quick thought:
sharkfund0 and SuperTraders will both be (independently?) involved in SuperNET. Does this mean they will effectively be in competition?

sharkfund0 is not very active anymore and has a relatively static portfolio that is a proxy for Teleport

occasionally I might make a long term change, like sell off 1% BBR to buy 10% BTM and then sell off 1% BTM to buy back all the BBR that was sold Smiley

i dont expect such things to be any regular thing moving forward.

Forgive me if this has been addressed elsewhere, but does the new bonus provision control for the possibility of a follow-on offering?  Such an event could significantly increase the SuperNET market cap (possibly triggering the bonus(es)), without benefiting existing UNITY holders on a per-token basis.  I wouldn't expect James to contemplate such a maneuver surreptitiously, but at the same time, a follow-on offering may at some point make sense, and it would be a shame to have the appearance of a conflict of interest in major financing decisions.

A simple tweak might be to explicitly compare the market cap of only the ICO-issued tokens, not any that may be subsequently issued.

Thanks, makes sense. Very interested to see how the SuperTraders perform, given their bankroll and bonuses. Hopefully we can get running totals from them?

Further thought on probabalistic routing - layman's response as ever so add NaCl as required:
If a node's send list is based on the nodes from which it has previously received packets, is there scope for certain routes to be reinforced in the long term? Put simply, routes that have worked in the past are likely to work again and therefore be used again. Of course, this is all mitigated somewhat by the randomness included, but still, over time a given node may develop a strong preference for another node as a recipient of choice.
I'm unclear whether this would actually happen in practice, or whether if it did, that preferred node could then become a target for attack. In any case, a solution would be to decrement the counter for an address whenever it is used to send to, so it is not sent to next time.

Was thinking weekly or monthly  Smiley
Or even automated updates. Would be pretty cool to have them fed to the SuperNET site, along with current price and last dividend.

Could be a lot of variance in the short term results that might upset certain people that don't have a good grasp of statistics. Tongue

I'd fear it would be just an invite for more trolling.

Also goes the other way, if short term results are too high, people might get unrealistic expectations of future earnings from the supertraders.

"People might not like the results" seems like an awfully bad reason to not have a regular performance report. As investors I think we kind of deserve to know these things, good or bad.

will dividends be paid out to "unity/token" holders? havnt had the time to read through all the details fully..

Yes, in NXT and BTC/mgwBTC mostly I think, depending on whether they hold on AE or BTER.

Maybe one month rolling average or cumulative quarterly returns?

Bought both on BTER and NXT AE, will vote YES for your bonus James. Just had a ~4K NXT loss with EVOLVE. Would have been a lot better investing in TOKEN. Lessons learned, not buying any crap until James recommends it.

no need to be a good trader. you have to understand and envision where the crypto world is moving, this will allow you to pick good investments. if you understand supernet, you have a good grasp on where crypto will be in the next 6 months. the foundation has been laid

if you were alive for the advent of internet, this might help you
