This isn't like before where he could just flee Romania and lay low as a fugitive.

By the looks of it, it's actually better since there is nothing going on. Maybe you can prove me wrong by taking him to curt.

I don't know, but usually people share information about this kind of stuff here in the main thread. If it isn't the case then I get it and I hope you put him behind bars! Good luck!

They've been busy deleting posts.

I also think it would be a good idea to post any deleted posts you may have saved over here:

I wonder if the 8% of the X3s that were shipped are the ones that failed quality control. Good boards get a QC not an OK in my experience.

This is a lie.

[8/13/2014 12:34:54 PM] Me: Who is BA?
[8/13/2014 12:34:55 PM] Joshua: Chip integration specialists!
[8/13/2014 12:34:59 PM] Joshua: Black arrow
[8/13/2014 12:35:01 PM] Joshua: minion
[8/13/2014 12:35:02 PM] Me: ah

[8/13/2014 12:35:32 PM] Joshua: but not the most ehtical
[8/13/2014 12:35:46 PM] Joshua: built a shit load of prospero 3's and are mining with the hardware
[8/13/2014 12:36:00 PM] Joshua: and gave chips to clients as compensation
[8/13/2014 12:36:08 PM] Joshua: who in turn, ofcourse has no where to other than technobit
[8/13/2014 12:36:17 PM] Cust2: yep

to profit , now, you have to cloudmine (easy way and porbably most profitable).
Here some good cloudmining:

- chabatmining (i use it)
- cloudhashers
- skycoinlab (maybe dont profitable so much)

Only a couple of deleted posts today.  One of us is slipping BlackArrow.

Please feel free to also post screenshots of your latest order with us.

David, reposting screenshots is bad forum edicate, and makes you seem like an asshole for making people scroll (not that you need anymore help).  And I would never post any details of orders I have through you guys.  Although it is funny that I am currently providing more support for your fire hazard products than your company is.  Care to continue to troll?

Hey, btw, I will bet you any number of bitcoin that you want, that you will neither have a scrypt chip within specs by the end of this year, and that you will have a working 14 nm chip by the end of Q2 next year.

It's true.  I also think that's why when they are deleting post they do it huge bunches, including posts that are basically meaningless.

If we then go back and simply repost them all, it turns that into a scrollover zone.  I noticed I was scrolling over my own posts when bunched up like that in a repost bunch.

The last bunch was for me 27 posts.  I've been doling them out in small amounts ever since.

just the ones with real good information that I know BA would want their customers to have.  being as they're all above board and professional and all.

their next miner won't even catch fire.  it will generate a black hole that will just suck your entire house right on through.  they will not consider that to be a hazard and will claim it is impossible, like that mod on ecointalk that keeps posting that these cannot burn.  meanwhile, people are reporting fires.

A call to the Black Arrow Fire Department:

customer:  my miner is on fire.
BA:  That is not possible.
customer:  well flames are visible.
BA: That is not possible.
customer:  flames are spreading through my house.
BA:  That is not possible.
customer:  aaaaaH!  I'm on fire (line goes dead)
BA:  Customer's fault for not remaining on the line.

Why is Black Arrow not working with the Consumer Council if BA is operating within the law, BlackArrow?  How long do you think they're going to take your shit?  They're not a bunch of inexperienced kids that don't know what to do, they are a group of people that do nothing but deal with assholes just like you and your unethical company.

Unfortunate. Just requested refund on second of two orders (X3s) due to multiple BA failures. Sent some info to Bitcz, we will see what materializes there.

I will probably do the HKCC thing this weekend. I guess I am at the point where things suck so bad (safety issues on top of everything else? C'mon) it just doesn't matter. This has gone beyond the pale in so many ways.

Cant believe they made a special "Asshole detected" page.

yep.  if you do file with HKCC include the following:

hey request some documents and need to establish that this is a Hong Kong registered company  before they will agree to pick it up, therefore:

Send the annual report http://www.kiwi.nz/blackarrow/PS300015776549_01.pdf

along with the documents they have requested.  Those documents are:

1.  The invoice showing you paid
2   your bank or payment records showing the payment
3.  any e-mail or support discussions  you've had
4.  The annual report referenced above.

Here's the link to file a complaint if you decide you want to do that.

https://www.consumer.org.hk/cc-complaint/index.php?lang=en

Also indicate that their TOS indicates Hong Kong law and paste that in to your message.

http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/terms-and-conditions-en.html#purchase

15.2 Applicable law and dispute resolution
16.2 1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of Hong Kong S.A.R. of PRC.

probably point out the fire issue as a reason for just wanting out of this mess.  I don't know if everyone has done that.   it may help get this a higher priority.

anyhow, good luck.

This death threat caused the ban on the website:

Where's the death threat? He wishes you were dead (caused by your own incendiary X3s) but I see no threat.

There was danger of death in there.  I almost died laughing.

If that was a death threat why don't you head on down to the police department and file a report?

While you're there you can file a report on the data theft, which you seemingly have not done in over a month.  Why is that?  You sold our data didn't you, or, more likely, are affiliated with Xbtec.  Why else would a company not prosecute a competitor that had stolen it's customer database.

Is that why zipkin came to see you.  You guys are supposedly competitors.  Scammers unite for the next con job?  Did you guys line up to blow him as the guy that has managed so far to avoid jail while screwing his customers brains out?

From the AMT thread:

Hahaha Bick you can not resist to try anything, a ?
Both of you with opie here.
Good luck
Again it is simple Amt aka Josh ordered miners back in November, paid and got them.
This year he purchased a licence for our A1 board.
That is all.
end of story.

Isn't Marto74 helping out AMT and Josh anymore?

Funny how that never gets mentioned in passing.

Josh is Toxic, even if he is he would hardly admit to it publicly. But Josh has insider knowledge of technobits inner workings apparently. Martin is Marto74 evidently. Don't shoot the messenger Josh volunteered this info in a chat.

Some commentary on what Josh thinks of other vendors and his leaky anus mouth spouting off business secrets of the competition?:
Also basically claims martos miners do not last for more than 6 months to do shoddy quality is what I understood by that. Make of it what you will however.
Technobit:

[5/31/2014 12:30:10 AM] Joshua: but.. yea, it works. But the think is technobit/martin is a dick and locks him firmware/software on his boards and his connectivity devices. And because he got into an argument with ckolvakis (cgminer author) he wont inlcude technobit drivers in cgminer
[5/31/2014 12:47:18 AM] Joshua: but martin listens to me a bit, like the whole "make it the size of the HDD hardrive and make sure all the connectors are faces on side" is a major improvement

Over the technobit AMT kerfufle a couple months back:
[6/12/2014 11:57:49 AM] Joshua: Yea martin's not pissed, he said he figure it out pretty quick. All is wel
[6/12/2014 11:58:17 AM] Joshua: its kinda hard to break up two guys who's wive's are friends. Its what they are trying to do it seems

More commentary on business practices:

[8/12/2014 1:47:38 PM] Joshua: it works for A1/A2, BE200 and hopefilly minion if martin gets his shit together

[8/13/2014 1:10:05 PM] Joshua: ok but the lifetime of BTC miners is 6 months
[8/13/2014 1:10:28 PM] Joshua: like Martin skips corners and does shit like that and the lifetime if never touched is like 6 months to a year maybe

Black Arrow and mentions Technobit again

[8/13/2014 12:31:02 PM] Joshua: yea
[8/13/2014 12:31:10 PM] Joshua: but they are good
[8/13/2014 12:31:39 PM] Joshua: also BA is getting pretty desperate
[8/13/2014 12:32:02 PM] Joshua: they have soo many chips and no boards to put them on because they are low on money like us and their board is too expensive to produce
[8/13/2014 12:32:13 PM] Joshua: they just came out with a decent 2 chip board which seemd ok
[8/13/2014 12:32:28 PM] Cust2: mini miner
[8/13/2014 12:32:40 PM] Joshua: like.. slots
[8/13/2014 12:32:49 PM] Joshua: several 2 chilp board slots..
[8/13/2014 12:32:59 PM] Joshua: for X1 devices
[8/13/2014 12:33:18 PM] Joshua: its a nice chip really, just as always chip makers should not be board makers
[8/13/2014 12:33:19 PM] Cust2: Grown up USB key style miners
[8/13/2014 12:33:30 PM] Joshua: and they are just going to copy Asicminers design
[8/13/2014 12:33:57 PM] Joshua: right
[8/13/2014 12:34:14 PM] Joshua: but anyway thats good for me
[8/13/2014 12:34:18 PM] Joshua: because it will look like we did it lol
[8/13/2014 12:34:36 PM] Joshua: and then it'll be like.. AMT, works with A1/A2 BE200 and Minion
[8/13/2014 12:34:54 PM] Me: Who is BA?
[8/13/2014 12:34:55 PM] Joshua: Chip integration specialists!

[8/13/2014 12:37:32 PM] Joshua: well its the best price
[8/13/2014 12:37:40 PM] Joshua: even the swiss cant sell  under $20
[8/13/2014 12:37:54 PM] Joshua: but i can sell at $16, quietly

EDIT: Added Some personal chats I had with Josh's thoughts on Technobit's CEO.

This is interesting.

Let me get this clear: We are not mining. It would be impossible to mine as we only have 5kw of power in our office.

You can ask Joshua where is our mining facility and we will be happy to this this address to check.

of course they deny it, but let's look at what BlackArrow has already said on that facility.

Our facility is ready, will start Rent-A-Minion as soon as we solve the issue with the backplane.

The incredible shrinking thread.

apparently they've done all the scamming they can do for one day and are killing some time deleting posts again.

have at it BlackArrow.

they'll simply be reposted.

[8/13/2014 12:34:59 PM] Joshua: Black arrow
[8/13/2014 12:35:01 PM] Joshua: minion
[8/13/2014 12:35:02 PM] Me: ah
[8/13/2014 12:35:18 PM] Joshua: they are romanians based here in shenzhen
[8/13/2014 12:35:32 PM] Joshua: but not the most ehtical
[8/13/2014 12:35:46 PM] Joshua: built a shit load of prospero 3's and are mining with the hardware
[8/13/2014 12:36:00 PM] Joshua: and gave chips to clients as compensation
[8/13/2014 12:36:08 PM] Joshua: who in turn, ofcourse has no where to other than technobit
[8/13/2014 12:36:17 PM] Cust2: yep
[8/13/2014 12:36:22 PM] Joshua: who now spent 200K on compoennts and may go broke on this
[8/13/2014 12:36:25 PM] Joshua: lol
[8/13/2014 12:36:40 PM] Joshua: but martin will be left with several minion boards to sell off
[8/13/2014 12:37:01 PM] Joshua: which will devaluate minion because he sales at the bare minimum and always tries to undercut the market
[8/13/2014 12:37:14 PM] Joshua: and todays chip price for A1, $16
[8/13/2014 12:37:23 PM] Cust2: good lord.

Our facility is ready, will start Rent-A-Minion as soon as we solve the issue with the backplane.

first the data center was ready and now it doesn't even exist?  which is it?

The incredibly shrinking thread phenomenon continues.  Apparently Mr. Poopy Pants, aka BlackArrow is throwing a tantrum.  Deleting most, if not all, of the posts I've made to this thread.  Poor little Mr. Poopy Pants, his miners are burning, as is his company.  I'll just keep reposting the ones that are relevant to the discussion as it is today.  and maybe some of the older ones.  thanks for organizing it all so nicely for me, BlackArrow.

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by the starter of a self-moderated topic. There are no rules of self-moderation, so this deletion cannot be appealed. Do not continue posting in this topic if the topic-starter has requested that you leave.

You can create a new topic if you are unsatisfied with this one. If the topic-starter is scamming, post about it in Scam Accusations.

[/quote]
