Asked in the chatting room, but admin was not there either. So no real 24/7 customer support there. Just like other casinos, 24/7 support are not real at all. The best choice is posting here, so admin will answer here. There were 2 withdrawal cases happened before, they didn't get big withdrawals if they just email support, but when they shout here, admin will answer, because everyone is watching this OP.   |

I have played at FJ and honestly, I have no idea how their bonus works.  basicly bonuses created with impossible reqirements. Generally you need to turn 35times your bonus for get it. for example for 0.1 btc bonus you need to play 3.5btc for that bonus you can cash out which is if you not get couple times jackpot impossible so dont use bonuses just play with your own btc. |

I wrote an email to support, but no one answer, shouldn't be 24/7 support?
I tried to use the exchange function, but it was failed, I click "exchange now", but no respond, I tried many times, but all failed.
And I check exchange history, the latest exchange was 3rd of April, so since that the exchange doesn't work? What's wrong?
We wrote several times that exchange function was not working for anyone during the weekend. We were renewing the service it should be back soon. During the weekend for 1 day, deposit-withdraw was not working and we apologize for this. We were renewing our servers and had to do some technical work which is reason why those functions had some problems. But of course, nobody lost the money they were going to deposit or withdraw. They were just delayed. If anyone still has some problem, we are dealing with them asap. Customer Support is working as intended and we apologize if we did not write back fast enough. But when there is such global issue, not personal to 1 user, Admin makes announcements in the chat. In the future we will put up warning texts so that everyone can see them without reading the chat. We apologize for the inconveniences caused. |

when we share stats ,it is different with the stats that show in my stats

It is giving more preference to those make more minute bets over those who make higher bets. Why don't you make a straight system (or is should be the opposite way)? |

If this was the case, you would not have whales coming in at the last minute with big bets! You only feel that way because, if you lose big bets, the points get deducted as well, though it is not at the same rate as the points are added up. To test this, do 0.1 btc bets and see how quickly you will climb up the leaderboards (provided you win, of course!). |

And last time I asked why I don't have loyalty points and you didn't answer me, I just notice: "loyalty points are credited to your account right after your 100% deposit bonus is claimed or void". I didn't make a deposit before, so that's why I didn't get loyalty points? |

All you have to do to qualify for the chat prize is chat, a request from my side though: Please do not spam chat just to win the chat prize. The top 5 chatters every week are rewarded with Btc, the top chatter takes home 0.004 BTC. Loyalty points are given only for games other than Dice. Dice is not included in the Loyalty Points promotion. If you want to earn LP, you need to wager 0.001 or equivalent for 1 point in all games except for Dice. Every 100 points makes you eligible to claim some BTC back based on your current Rank (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze). At platinum, you can claim 0.0015 per 100 points earned. Loyalty points do not go down like Leader Board points, in case you lose  . Good Luck! |

I have a 2 handed blackjack game that just crashed in play one hand has an 11 and I attempted to double. Dealer is showing a 5. Second hand is showing a 5/3 which I would have also doubled. so now I am short .64 x2 and the winnings. So bored with that I also started playing dice -It shows winning amount as .25 and it never paid me. I have played ALOT on this site and have NEVER had a problem. I have screen shots of both. Please let me know how to proceed. Boom1   |

They have always responded to me quickly whenever i have raised an issue with them with adequate proof. I have also been paid a bug bounty 3 times. If you think the issue you are reporting is a bug, then you can contact them on bugbounty@fortunejack.com. I would think it would be better to email them on both the ids provided, this looks to be a bug to me, but i am not a regular BJ player, so wouldn't know for sure. |

Dice - We have checked the rolls you have played and you got payed on all of your bets, probably you got confused because you are looking at 'All bets' section. One more thing, 'Profit on win' does not mean you won the game, it is the amount that will be credited to your account in case of winning. 2. Blackjack - We have forwarded your issue to the game supplier, you will have a response within 24 hours of time. We apologise for the delay. |
