I wrote an email to support, but no one answer, shouldn't be 24/7 support?
I tried to use the exchange function, but it was failed, I click "exchange now", but no respond, I tried many times, but all failed.
And I check exchange history, the latest exchange was 3rd of April, so since that the exchange doesn't work? What's wrong?
We wrote several times that exchange function was not working for anyone during the weekend. We were renewing the service it should be back soon.
During the weekend for 1 day, deposit-withdraw was not working and we apologize for this. We were renewing our servers and had to do some technical work which is reason why those functions had some problems. But of course, nobody lost the money they were going to deposit or withdraw. They were just delayed. If anyone still has some problem, we are dealing with them asap.
Customer Support is working as intended and we apologize if we did not write back fast enough. But when there is such global issue, not personal to 1 user, Admin makes announcements in the chat. In the future we will put up warning texts so that everyone can see them without reading the chat.
