Will try support from now on as I think they visit this thread twice a week if that and pick and choose what they respond to.

Overall it is like other dice sites, but they have a difference on it. That is about betting on high multiplier (x50 and up), here at fortunejack players are not able to switch to bet on over xx number, because if players switch it the roll wont work. It is only working on roll under xx...
If it is a bug, why they do not fix it since there were some players reported this bug?

Just take in consideration FortuneJack offers a wide variety of casinogames ( and dice as well) beside poker and, as you know, poker was only launched recently.

So it's likely many people (amongst the ones could be users you quoted) don't play poker there at all and maybe don't even care about poker as you do.

Therefore  before throwing veiled accusations, ( I mean the "do you guys work for the site?" part  thrown there like an accusation in my eyes), consider there is a small tiny possibility that some people don't give any importance to your pokerrelated  questions and that it couldn't be a valid behaviour to get attacked.

Your signature gives the appearance that you are affiliated with the site because it is so rare of a signature.

The waiting part does not solve things,they tend to answer the last three questions posed in the thread or skip one if its to much bother. Good site but this thread is a downer for people that expect good customer service,hoping support is different on the site. Cashouts have been terrific for me but I am not a baller by any means. Will test support some time this week and see how long it takes to reply.

It is an accusation. The thinly veiled part I suppose was me trying to avoid conflict, and also point out that someone who is getting paid by Fortune Jack to post on Bitcointalk probably woulnd't be posting like that if there weren't any money in it for him.

By the way, there's nothing wrong (imo) with simply accepting payment from a site to post with their advertisement.  But then when you go defend them or offer your opnion, you should offer full disclosure so that others are aware that you are not just a player who is doing what they think is right.  You're a player being paid by the company you're discussing, which creates a conflict of interest.

About the bolded part in the first quote it was referred to the bolded parts in the second quote:  but those are standard comments  on quite  objective facts (dice on FJ is very similar to other dice sites...with the add of a jackpot): so really don't seem they are trying to convince people to think highly of FJ (otherwise they would have stated FJ have by far the best dice arounf the net).

It's usually the spirit of every forum to connect people sharing opinions and experiences on a certain matter ...otherwise someone could tell you are posting as if it is your job to ruin the reputation of some bitcoinpokersites : but we all know it's not your intention.
