I am new to bitcoin and sign up for Fortune Jack 2 days ago and made deposit of 60 millibits ( 0.06 of 1 bitcoin )
before i send the bitcoin i read about the sign up bonus very carefully, every word.
i do the deposit and bonus and i see it works perfectly as i know have 120 millibits after sending only 60
i dont play right away but investigate moreso, look at all the games maybe for 20 minutes.  then i am ready to play and i see now, bonus is gone and only 60 millibits in account.
live chat doesnt work so i email support.  then i get impatient and decide to play with the 60 millibits on a slot machine and lose it. 
now i know maybe i will not get the bonus, but still no response and i curious why my bonus disappeared and so i try and chat works.  they tell me to send email...Huh
before i send email i find history and see this my balance goes down next to "poker" https://snag.gy/3XzNM1.jpg
i remember, i registered for a tournament starting the next day but un register right away and never play it.  i was just experimenting dont know why but it was not in any of the rules not allowed so i didnt think much of it, i would of played poker if i had more time to be fair.  so i explain this in my second email what i found.
then i finally get response:

They show me example is the for the 2 seconds it takes for poker to load it says it will void bonus. 
I didn't even play but even then Why would they have this important term on a momentary loading screen instead of with the rest of the rules!?  It makes no sense!
I'm still waiting on response now but overall my experience at your site has been very disappointing. 



Now it has been 3 days and they have not returned my email.  I dont know if its normal to take weekend off but I email before friday morning and talk to chat and they say they will help me soon wtf

Hello, the case was already discussed earlier in the thread. We do not allow bonus play on Poker to prevent bonus abuse cases, this is a common practice in most of the casinos. We are implementing separate DB offerings for Poker, which will be launched soon, hope this answers your concerns.

Twitchy is right, there is no mention of poker in the bonus terms and you can't expect players to search forums or notice temporary loading messages.

This is unacceptable to ignore support email 4 days now!
If live support is going to stonewall my question I would at least like a answer from support.
Its really a basic question that live support was unable to help me with.

All I wanted to know was about the schedule and was told FJ does not set the schedule it is some one else.
So I would like to know who that person is,so I know when to play or not by looking at their schedule.
Its ridiculous that I could not get a straight answer on such stupid question.

Have tried support maybe three times and each time have received no response back. Presumed that the next message would be dealt with but responses seem to go how the responses here go. Sometimes they come in and respond to one question and leave,other times they respond to the last 10 all at once at the end of the week.
But support emails never have been answered,I wonder if its because I made mention of live support giving me the stone wall response.

They ran a stupid SNG that I really enjoyed and if it does not run Thursday I guess it is gone.
That was the day I caught it,so presuming it might right run then. Fingers crossed. Will not log off thinking it will be there in the morning! Cheesy

Can anyone help me? I received an email from FortuneJack saying that I earned a No Deposit Bonus 10 mBTC bonus on casino. When I logged there I saw that I have the 10 mBTC, but I can't use that. It's as "Bonus", but doesn't go to my BTC wallet, so I can't bet or withdraw the amount.

And it's avaliable only for 48 hours... I don't want to lose this bonus.  Undecided

Sometimes they come in and respond to one question and leave,other times they respond to the last 10 all at once at the end of the week.

No. You guys where running bankroll builder 20 man sngs but it looks like those where just a one off. Have not seen them run since and I keep a eye on that. Would help if you guys ran some stuff that was not geared all towards Argentinians. Nothing wrong with them,just feels like we are not wanted players having everything geared towards them.

Try live support its the best chance of getting a answer to that problem. I could tell you what I think but I do not know enough.

Was planning the schedule today for the first time to play and noticed there are only 3 tournies today that are not rebuys.
I really do not like rebuys and find it hard to calculate where I am at in a tourney,so tend to avoid them. Played one last night and the players where just tossing chips around and it was not my cup of tea.
See if they can add more regular tournies and format other than rebuy for the weekends.

I've been Jack's favorite 5 times and i've yet to win in the Bingo. This site is complete crap! They had 8 so called players that were Jack's Favorite and only two showed up with usernames in the bingo game. They owe me like 3 or 4 btc. Not to mention it took them over 36 hours to process my reddcoin withdraw and I got different answers from everyone there.

Fortunejack also is putting fake users as winners of jacks favorite every week i know this because video poker has been broken for months and you cant get jacks favorite without playing video poker.  if you send them message asking about how you will just get ignored.  also you can tell by looking at the winners list and detail every week.  There is always around 9 and its never any account made in the past 6 months. 

Usually most of winners are accounts made in June or July 2015 or November/December 2014 and most accounts have suspicsious statistics that cant be possible like wagering over 100 bitcoin and having biggest win of .000001 btc and qualifying for jacks favorite.  Also they always have 0 loyalty pts converted even after all this time.

they got caught faking the stats of player ammounts before by NLNico and other guys and they just lied about it then so i know they will lie now too

it's pretty clear you caught create a fake winners on jacks favorite , since the video poker are in error automatically nobody can qualified as jacks favorite. how can all user that justcheckin mentioned above qualified for jacks favorite? lol

about bingo, 2 weeks ago i made it to fortune jack favorites

it was the week after i complain about all the fake players and videopoker not working for real players

this week, they take video poker off and there was no fake players, nice!  it was just me and helpmywallet and one other

then i watch the bingo, and its 3 players and one blank name with 5 tickets !!!   this not fair

they cheat and cheat and lie

Some stupid player hit 4 different tables on me in a 5 minute period.

Think FJ should look into not allowing players to bleed funds in that way,its kid of scummy!

Think FJ should look into not allowing players to bleed funds in that way,its kid of scummy!

Unregister before you log out.  No site auto-unregisters by default if you logoff.

Some sites will give you a pop up warning to remind you.
