21 of April on the site FortuneJack.com DDOS attack has been made during which I have been waiting for the game, I was sitting without opponents alone at the table. During the attack I was thrown from all the tables, money from these has not been returned until this day.
My every attempt to solve this problem ends up I was asked to wait. After several emails and posts on the forum, I decided that I would wait six weeks. Then I got another response: "Wait a certain amount of time." As for me, I regard this as an attempt to avoid paying me my money in the hope that I will just forget.

i manually making my bankroll management, that is why i know that at the beginning of the day ( 12 hours ago ) i had 2.4613 BTC at my account. then 2 times! all my tables was closed. i played during last 12 hours about 50-60 hands at 3-6 and 5-10 and ( i am not sure, but really hope ) did not lost more than 0.1-0.15 BTC.

You asking me about details, how i can have sceenshot or know exactly how many money i had and what stakes exactly i played. to have this information i have 2 options:
1. use any tracking software ( i do not use it at Fortune Jack )
2. make every hours or 30 min screenshots of my destop or what?

it is important to realize that it is pointless for me to spend on the solution of the issue more time than its cost. And your time I do not want to waste either. keep in mind that if you play on FortuneJack you may find yourself in the same situation.
