It just seemed like we were about to pop a few in a row! I don't know why, but it is much more satisfying hitting blocks on this pool then your standard larger pools.

Agreed, it's so much better when I see Kano CKPool show up on Blockchain.info instead of F2Pool or AntPool mining a 1 transaction 0KB block.

You can get that error on rare circumstances with a timeout on the website
It happens 1 or 2 times each day in the logs - and I know why.
Try again 15s later and it should be OK

Well waited more than a day at ghash for a block recently, even tho it has 4x hash than kano. Today blocks were found by mainly big pool, slush and eligius. Bitminter again was lucky to find a block.

And I have to say, I hate everytime I see BitFury or KnC. :/

We're only at 150%, these happen very regularly. I wouldn't be surprised if we get to 200%+

Certainly hope its not one of the killer blocks, Antpool had one a few days ago. over 10 hours @66Ph. 584 Billion shares. That would take us like 21 days....

That would be very nasty. I don't know what the luck% that come down to but one of those block is very rare. We had a 666.66666% block early this month it was iirc... and people were bordering on tears. ^_^"

Also ... if you note the statistics on the Blocks page, the 3 ranges that include that 666.666% block (last 50, last 100, all) still have an average above 100% luck.

Indeed when a high Diff block happens, the short term luck is pushed low, but it is the long term luck that is what matters, since no pool can avoid high Diff blocks
... and no pool/miner can know in advance when they will happen or even know during any Diff block, when it will end.
