Yay Grin

Nice one melancon.

Thanks to Kano for the 5n markers on the shift graph, I have managed to make a little more than usual by better managing my miners.

Nice to see green!  Thank you melancon

I concur regarding the greenness.

It is of course because of all the chicken we have been consuming.
Bdubs aka Buffalo Wild Wings $60.00 for three people, I mix flavors and I love mixing Salted Caramel with Blazing Hot.
Rasing Canes Chicken Strips $30.00 for three people and we had a feast with all of the great stuff which makes my blood thicken and my heart scream in mercy Smiley
Green Blocks from the mining gods... Priceless
(In terms of moral anyway:))

Keep pumping the goodness that is KANO.IS and all of the good vibes here my mining friends. It is all about the long game and maximizing your shares in 5nd. Get your average up and keep cracking blocks.

I look forward to another week of double pops like we had for a couple of weeks just a short time ago. As the hashrate built we would get pop-pop, pop-pop, pop, pop-pop, pop and those are so sweet.

Thanks to the people who have been here long term and the people who have brought in the new hashrate lately.
The only people who will ever be disappointed are the people who leave too soon.

Don't make me get old school and make songs my own way
Everyone knows the real party starts later and pumps all night long, 'til the break of dawn, cuz my momma aint home,  n I got what in the living room gettin it on...
Laid back, with my mind on my what and my what on my mind...

Extra points for whoever fills in the "whats" without googling jack squat Smiley

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

yessss a block.

I have a question...

i'm not in a hurry to be paid...it is just to know:

I earn only dust with my U2
I have now accumulated 15000 satoshi.
When in average do you send to "little miners" their earnings?

Thanks.
None yet. As I answered you 5 days ago ... ... ... Tongue
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg13242672#msg13242672

But as I mentioned in that reply, I have worked out a tidy way to do part of that recently.
I can on request as long as I don't get a flood of requests for tiny payouts since it's very much a manual process until I get to doing the second part as I mentioned in that link.

I'll limit it to 0.01 or more though for now since it will be completely manual and 0.01 is only a few dollars of BTC so at the moment no one's gonna starve to death coz they can't get a payout smaller than 0.01 Wink

The minimum I'll (initially) set it to once I have automated most of that process will probably also be around 0.01 to 0.001 anyway.
(certainly no lower than 0.001 initially)

Edit: but yeah I did say at that link
...
One day - in a galaxy far far away Smiley - dust will be distributed.
...
But yeah that's one of the 2 parts to being able to pay dust totals.
... though still not sure when I'll get the other half done of actually accounting in ckdb the outstanding balances.

Ok thanks...
it's a little bit clearer thant the "One day - in a galaxy far far away"
the problem is that to reach 0.001 BTC with my U2 I need at least 200 days...and 0.01 BTc i nead 2000 days...
And so far I have not found "cominers" ...to down this duration (lol)

Well maybe once every few months - in that galaxy far far away - after I've automated it, I might get generous and payout a few people who are wasting their time mining with low GHs Smiley

Edit: but it'll have to be above whatever the dust limit is in btcd at the time, since if you have an output lower than that dust limit, that means you need to pay more fees than the dust ... which is pointless Tongue

I have not yet understood the story about fees...it depends on so much things i believe...
and if a day you send me something...it goes to xapo...there i have "no fees"
Any way...what I mine is not for me but for many investors who have believed in me (lol)

best you go here and click every hour - you will earn more than your U2 - and get paid to your wallet weekly without any fees

http://www.weekendbitcoin.com/

I'm turning my S3's into a water feature in the garden, little pond with water cascading over the S3's and splashing into the pond with old wiring to simulate weed.

Their last chance for life is Kano and then its out into the wild for them.

Suggest you consider something artistic like this for your U2 cos we are all just wasting power the way the difficulty is going.

Then with a BTC halvening mid next year its lights out without an S7 or better.

i wouldnt throw out your s3 just yet.. i have a feeling after the halving the big farms will shut down and the difficulty will come crashing down unless bitmain comes up with some HELLA cheap machines..

smaller miners will be profitable again..

Thank goodness for our old large miners.  Thanks again guys...  But see they are about half what they usually are.

Maybe they are getting frustrated with the last 3 work change stale block and no other results as well.   Guess no one wants to talk about the elephant in the room.  That this seems fishy...

I know one [If not two of them] use CK/Kano Pool to test HW.  Hence, the rise and fall in their hash rate.  Some also rent all or part of their hash for a little while and then bring it back once the rental period is over.

luck swings one way, then the other.   i'm sure many of us notice it feels odd, but are waiting for it to swing.

The Bitcoin block mining reward halves every 210,000 blocks, the coin reward will decrease from 25 to 12.5 coins.

In case anyone was waiting ... gonna do the 2 payouts shortly when the 2nd block confirms.

Was trying to get the first one done early coz I was out today, but firstly my bitcoind crashed (no idea why since it's official 0.11.2) in the middle of working on it - no big deal but just added a delay of restarting it, then I got an error while trying to generate it early before +101 so I'd have the transaction ready to just send when it reached +101

So being in a rush and having problems with it I decided better to not try and send it differently and wait until I got back.
Which is now just before the 2nd block comes due.
So yeah will be doing the 2 payouts shortly.
