There was a reconnect about 3 hours ago (03:45:32 UTC) It only lasted for 2 seconds That should have only meant a reconnect in your miners. |

Yeah a bug in the new code took down ckdb It took quite a while to crash coz it does a full memory dump ... which is quite big. Seems it hasn't crashed in a long time - coz the last core dump was ... no idea how long ago - something like a year? Anyway, it's starting back up and will be up soon - about 10 more minutes. Since it wasn't a well timed restart, it's slower than usual doing a reload of 2 hours instead of one. Restart complete Oh and just in case anyone didn't realise, only ckdb means no miners were affected at all. |

... and since restarts cause blocks ... oh wait don't worry just kidding -- Anyway, there's a performance update for ckpool that I'll be doing a ckpool restart in half an hour. As per normal with a ckpool restart we should get 99% of people just see a reconnect, the other 1% maybe failover and come back again. So that will be when the hand next hits 30, in 35 minutes. |

The restart went fairly smooth on my end. My rigs beeped about 5 or 6 times before they went back on line with CK/Kano.

So miners did not notice the restart since they were booting anyway! Good timing |

Restart took out one of my s7s (locked up) ,pdu non responsive (I knew this, have a replacement ready to go)
so need to pop over to the datacenter and r&r the pdu. Has been a while since I have been over there since
the s7s run so smoothly on Kano even with ckpool restarts.
