I'd point it to Kano house, he's the closest to you and you would get sub 10ms latency.

Ping each node and see whats best, but I think the main kano.is will give you the best response.

Is it unusual that the reported worker is inaccurate?
website says cryptichermit.cpww9 found the block, but it was actually cpww16?

I'm using stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333 at the moment, is that what you mean by kano house?

They also will attempt to submit a block, if you find one and are mining to a node, before the main pool node will submit it.
If your ping time to the node and to the main pool are similar, then mining to the main pool will be best.
If they are quite different, 100-200ms (or more) different, then mining to the node is appropriate.

Look at the best share though.  It's clear that cpww9 found the block.  Antminer firmware has always had problems with the foundblocks field not being accurate.

We see a clientid that was returned by the miner when it submitted the share to the pool ... 592004
Checking the logs regarding miners connecting we see:

So the pool is happy to say that it was cpww9

So either the miners are confused of their identity, the block counter is messed up - well it is a bitmain firmware, who knows what they fucked up this time - or you run a strange proxy that mixes the workers up.

Anyway, doesn't really matter, one of them found a block, and we are all very happy about that

While singapore is a little faster (70ms), not being very close to singapore and knowing how routing from Australia to the rest of the world can be random, I'd probably still suggest connecting to the main pool node in your specific case.

Heck, they don't even show the Orphan in their stats and block page, like it never happen.... How do we show their 10PH of miners the truth and get 5PH to move here?

If you scroll back about 100 pages, you'll find wizkid telling me how I'm displaying blocks wrongly by showing orphans and rejects ... ... ...

Yeah it's somewhat pointless telling them that they are hiding information, they've been doing it for so long, it's second nature to them.
