For a single Avalon 741, after 3.5 days, shouldn't it be at the peak average for the 5nd? Also, what should be the average?
It may take a bit longer...patience. I run a total of 3 741s (one in Labrador, and two here at home). All of them average 7.5TH or better at the pool. They'll read, generally, a bit over 8TH via the Luci, though. Also, the Workers->Shift Graph shows the average across the who graph, not the last 5Nd. The Account->Rewards page states the average for each block found = the 5Nd before each block. Ah, OK thanks. I'd been watching the red line on the 'Shift Graph' page, like a hawk, and it's currently at 4.37av. I was confused as to why. So the 'Your N Avg' is what I go by correct? That's currently at 7.61THs.

Hi there I've been mining with Kano.is for quite some time on and off, and have built up a small reward of well over 0.0003 bitcoins. Not much, I know. But still, it would be nice if it could translate into an actual reward. Will the reward be generated automatically at a particular level? Or will it have to be issued manually by one of your moderators? Many thanks for running such a great site -ToneF

Many thanks for running such a great site -ToneF Payouts are (currently) sent per block - i.e. what you made in each block, as long as it's above the dust level (above 9999 Sat) The dust accumulates in your account - it isn't sent out yet - as it says on the Account->Payments page. You can see all rewards on the Rewards page. The next change is to handle accumulation of rewards - not complete yet. That will also allow the payout of all the dust accumulated in the past - and the payouts for those who didn't set a payout address, but did later after mining for a while.

Please take note, and PM me if you have any helpful info, and keep it off this thread.
I had to stop using Coinbase in January because the Hawai'i banking board invoked a new reg that caused Coinbase to close all Hawai'i accounts. I had CEX.IO as a backup, so moved to there. However, CEX.IO then changed their profile so that if I want to withdraw in USD, I have to go through Crypto Capital.
Fine...so some months later I actually need USD, CEX.IO buys my BTC and moves my USD to CryptoCapital. Then I try to move it from CryptoCapital into my bank account, and I get rejections because of an "authorisation code" that I never received, and as per the site's instructions, I sent an e-mail to support to get that code reset...and now several e-mails, and phone messages, have gone unanswered for 10 days. I've noticed a string of similar comments from other folks on a related board.
Anyway...if you are in the US, and not in Hawai'i, and NOT with Coinbase, I'd really like to know what exchange(s) you use to sell your coin into USD when you need to.
PM me, please. Thanks for understanding.

While it's not gonna help you in any way at all ... other than to duplicate your post and make it more obvious ... but for anyone who didn't know ... There's a simple way in Aus to pay bills with BTC and transfer BTC to a bank account (that's been around for quite a long time): https://www.livingroomofsatoshi.com/

Maybe this is over simplification, but why use a Hawaii bank? Why not just open a Bank of America account. I don't even think Bank of America has a branch in Hawaii. You can transfer money from Bank of America to Bank of Hawaii (I know from experience). If there is a problem with using your Hawaii based address with Coinbase, I don't know what to tell you other than perhaps to get an address or even an ID in another state at some point. You can set up a stateside address of sorts at apobox.com, although using it to forward mail could be expensive. Personally, I would get the heck out of Hawaii. The weather is nice (so nice bums are everywhere) and the view is great, but the government there is a socialist pile of excrement that tramples on every Constitutional right you have.

I'm also wondering what people use. I don't like Coinbase fees, or their slowness. Gemini looks promising, but they aren't yet operational in the US state I reside in. Thanks. M

I think I've got it wired, guys. Thanks for the responses. They were all good, PMs as well. And...mahalo nui loa (many heartfelt thanks) to Kano for what I think is the answer in my instance. Bitpay actually has a debit card (Visa) similar to the debit card (Mastercard) that PayPal came out with some years ago (and which I use a lot). That was what made Coinbase good for my purposes. I've "qualified" (lol) for Bitpay's Visa debit card, and ordered one. I'm supposed to be able to do with Bitpay what I did with Coinbase/PayPal; sell BTC for USD and get it loaded onto the debit card, so it can be used to purchase and get ATM cash. The not-so-good part is I think I'll end up writing off the USD$400 at UnoWho Exchange. It hurts, but it won't kill me like losing over 1K BTC at Mt. Gox did back in the day. I'll post briefly after it gets here and I find out if it really works for me. I expect it will (Kano's works...another LOL...) OK...back to on topic...and off to my monthly Costco safari... EDIT: I really appreciate this board. It's saved my bacon more than once, and I learn something every time I log on. I also greatly appreciate Kano's KSAs (knowledge, skills, and abilities in "da lexicon") that keep us focused and generally out of trouble. It's not just that I make more coin here...I do it without straining my PTSD's limits 'cuz there's no nuckinfutz surprises. Mine on.

Can't you reverse the way you got it to UnoWho Exchange? Like convert it to bitcoin and send it out of Dodge?

Can't you reverse the way you got it to UnoWho Exchange? Like convert it to bitcoin and send it out of Dodge? Theoretically, sure. But you still need that "authorisation code" to initiate ANY transfer on their platform...and that's what they've been dodging me on for (now) 11 days. I finally did get an e-mail from their support, which only indicated that they didn't actually READ the first one I sent...again, dodging resetting that code. It stinks...the kind of stink I'd pick up on when I was working as the Chief of Field Investigations for Avco Commercial Bank back in the 80s. Hopefully this new arrangement with Bitpay will get me back on track...but I'm pretty sure the $400 is toast. If not, great...when it comes it'll buy the beers at the local watering hole.
