Actually only a few pools have been doing very well. Check BTC.com - half with 40-60% luck for the past 3 days. As long as kanopool can crack one block very soon, people will come back. When I joined the pool a few months ago at 40PH and slushpool was 90PH. But slushpool is at 900PH. I wish the pool can get half of what slushpool got.
Yeah my guess at what happened there, is that there were quite a few large miners on slush who ordered a lot of miners and finally got them many, many months later. Here there's only ever been a few large miners, and most everyone else who ever asked me about getting lots of miners, either ended up going elsewhere when they finally got them, or didn't get their miners. Anyway, as mentioned before, I'll run a no-free month starting soon, til xmas Hopefully that might change things around, but I won't hold my breath, we've always had the lowest fees of any pool worth mining on

Who cares if we lost some miners just means more for us when the blocks are found. Happy Days Block is found guess they should have stayed around a little longer.

Not really! They will still get theirs, since the hash rate that they had will take a while to go all the way down even if they aren’t mining at all. If Cobramining would have left couple of days ago then yes we would have gotten really fat payout!

Gotta change the payout code a little first so I don't have to manually adjust each payout Minor change, then I'll announce the no-fee month.

Coz you can't - you have to factor in the coinbase and make sure it is always under the limit. See p2pool about what happens if you don't ... toomim lost a block ... ... and I'm not gonna push it too close and risk losing a block. The ckpool code isn't smart enough to remove transactions to avoid it going over.

So I see that the pools power is down almost by half again... what is everyone's opinion on average block times now. I used to wait a few weeks for a block to be found in another pool I was apart of. I don't want it coming to that here, tht would def suxks. PEOPLE....STOP LEAVING!!!!!!! lol oh yea and BTClock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
