I'm traveling to Vegas from Thailand for DefCon. If things go well the dividends will be paid out on time.

I sent out some dividends for a different asset and there was an error and GLBSE had to be shut down. Also if there is much of a delay with GLBSE or Pirate or my internet (I'm traveling) there will be a delay. If there is a delay the payments will be made late Wednesday USA time.

So DO NOT PANIC if dividends are delayed.

I looked at the block chain yesterday, just wondering whether the payment happened, and ran into strange proceedings. It seems he paid his second-largest target with the re-investments from Bitcoinmax. Check it out yourselves:

If you were investing in TYGRR.BOND-P, instead of just trolling around, you would have known by now that Goat does not use the regular automatic Monday interest payments, but instead he requests an explicit withdrawal each Tuesday to pay out the dividends.
So I'm sorry to tell you that your five-phase theory is just a bunch a crap - at least in this case.
