Seriously, do you really think that Pirate gives a shit whether you will help your own customers to prove that they own the PPT bonds? Smiley
If you don't prove it - he will just keep the money waiting... and the people will come after you, not after him.

So if you think that the attitude of "no - we won't say who owns the bonds!" is going to do any good for you, then you must be even more stupid than I had thought.

Tell pirate to go speak to the EU then, because the data protection act (1998) is the implementation of an EU wide directive, all EU countries must enact legislation that implements the directive.

So I can't by law give out shareholders details, and I believe the US has something similar. What pirate asking for is illegal.

I don't want anything from you, man.
I wouldn't have taken anything from you, even if you had offered.

Stupid excuse.
The EU law was not a problem whatsoever, while you were running illegal IPOs.
And now you are suddenly so much about the EU law?
Give me a break Smiley

You could have solved in many different ways - without breaking any privacy laws.
The problem is not a law - the problem is that you are a cheeky bastard.
And you are going to face the consequences.

I'm not sure if you're just playing dumb or you really can't figure out one obvious way that Pirate can fugue out who owns what shares. All on a voluntary basis without intervention by Goat or Nef.

Well, CLIENTS don't ask for soon-to-be 'Legal' representation documentation from creditors, on behalf of his/her hired Legal team.

Does he have a Legal Team ? ME THINKS NOT.

I think involving lawyers in this is just throwing good money after bad.

Maybe but I'm not so sure. He has a house that can be seized.

Did you and the other large investors not DD this guy at all??

He HAD a house. Its mortgage was forclosed on a few years ago and the house was subsequently used in a short sale to cover the debt.
There are atleast one instance(s) of eviction.

Did he lead you guys to believe he was financialy sound or did you all assume such?  :/

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system. - GA

And this environment is very fucking unfriendly Smiley

I know.
That's why I'm not sucking his cock, but just speaking out what I think - whether I will get the money back, or not, I will keep to what I have said.
Goat and Nefario are two fucking crooks - and you are obviously somehow involved in their scams as well.

They didnt take your bitcoins pirate did.
The business of spreading the truth out to the world - it gives me incentive of a warm feeling inside and then when I go to bed I'm thinking "I did something good today" Smiley

They didn't take my bitcoins, but they did take someone's bitcoins.
And Pirate does want to pay these people back, but you crooks are doing anything you can to prevent that.
The latest excuse is the "EU privacy law" Smiley
