This realase quick test, 750Ti +%3,with 970 -%6 decrease ...
my zotac 970 is trottling I need to finetune it on the gigabyte later. Note that if you run with a -i parameter this needs to be finetuned. the kernal is only running with 32 threads per block.(was 128 before) so you can increase the intensity abit.
İ edited tdp to 230W on my 970 's according to gpuz 970 's core clock is stable and there is no throttling.i didn't use -i parameter ,default settings...And quark is better on 1.5.56 all on my rigs.Is there  way to know deafult intensity on miner?

The default for quark on the 970 is -i 24 on the 750ti 22.9

I submitted another improvement for neoscrypt on the gtx 970. +10khash on my machine. back to 128 tbp but with less registers (launchbound tweak)

intensity is bullcrap..  Grin

No it's not. The whirlpoolx f.ex is 10% faster with -i 27 than -i 22

its important to link it djm... even if you tune the default for your 980... optimal is not always the maximum speed... Wink depends if you have an iGPU or not... etc

here, ive 4 screens connected, so i cant only use the igpu...

Strangely enough that error seems to have stopped and now works. If no -i xx is used the system become unusable
-i 15.5 is the max that can be used, anything above gives a run of crazy numbers.

this has nothing to do with the miner, it is a conection problem with the pool or the wallet

Well my other miner cards was still working so I thought there was a problem with the miner software.
That for some reason doesn't see to be the case now. lol thanks for your reply.

Yes the one on the right with the temps in blue background.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

Does anyone know if there is an advantage to compiling with the CUDA 7.0 toolkit vs the 6.5?  Any speed or stability enhancements?  Or is it even compatible?

As of the last public post on the topic; CUDA 7.5 was actually performing worse than 6.5.

no there isn't, use cuda 6.5 (that must represent 5% of my recent posts)

If you're behind a VPN/proxy it's worth pinging the stratum which shows its IP and replacing the hostname with the IP so you won't get disconnected due to DNS issues.

No VPN/proxy here, I'm solo mining with in my network. I had just rebooted but the wallet was on the rig that was rebooted I'm guessing
since the IP address was threw my router back to the wallet was a delay problem. I had used a quick setup copy/paste of the *.bat and
IP address should have been changed to 127.0.0.1 & would probably lessened the delay of using the broad case IP of that same rig I use
on the others back to it. No matter it all worked out in the end. lol

On another note as per my other question a few pages back. Per versions and readout display.
Was the line in blue disabled or can that be turned back on in 56? Not that it really matters, I just liked seeing it.
Thanks all for your help.
Edit: Not really seeing any difference in speeds between the 3 versions 54,55,56 mining this coin..
56 does seem to produce a more stable all around speed, where as you may noted the other was jumping around a bit.

You may need to turn on the OSD Panel under preferences as I downloaded the never version and it wasn't displayed.
You can right click on that panel once its up "config" and tick the option you'd like to see displayed.

A closed case will need very powerful fans, drawing a lot of power, decreasing global efficiency.

not necessarily pallas ...

just a tunnel - or vacuum which automatically forces air through ...

it is beneficial for a powerful fan to be placed at the beginning - but not necessarily fundamental for the operation ...

a larger slower moving and less power consuming fan ion the back will suffice to keep the airflow moving at high rates ...

This is untrue. Cases are leaky and fans are inefficient as cases aren't designed as a sealed highflow system. You're better off with positive airflow then negative as it will leak throw the cracks in the case. You need more powerful fans to have the same effect in the back of the system as the front.

But yeah, rackmount systems generally have highflow fans on the front of them which are extremely noisy to push A/C air through them in data centers, which is why they're designed the way that they are. That doesn't work for home use.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

not entirely bensam ...

we have 6 of them in the rack at the moment and ALL of them are highly efficient as airflow systems - BUT with powerful fans ... ones in the back not as powerful as the front ... they are all chenbra and supermicro chassis and servers ... all of them are 'standard' servers not high heat miner systems ... yet Smiley ...

but for high heat dissipation systems like our miners - i must agree ... which is THE reason our frames that we are currently designing have a vacuum style of airlow in them - and it seems to be working ...

no leakage - now spaces - just a complete sealed system that forces airflow through two fans ... one powerful highflow fan in the front - one large lower powered one ( yet same airflow ) in the back ...

once this is perfected ( for our farm - cant speak for anyone else here ) - then we will move onto the funneling of the heat rich exhaust out of the room ...

though there isnt much an open air system cant do in comparison to a sealed one ... most of the farm is open air - and very fiddly to deal with ...

IF - and that is a big IF - we can get the design of the closed system close to a perfect airflow - then all should be well ... if not - then back to the open air system frames ...

either way - we are just testing when there is time ... i am very time poor at the moment due to personal issues that require my attention - but work on it every chance i get ...

im actually just wondering about the vertical style system of venting airflow also - though that also will require a complete design change ... and soon - the help that is here now will soon be gone - which will make it more a 'me' and 'i' rather than a 'we' ...

i see there are some major improvements to the ccminer-spmod fork also ( with some help from pallas and others ) - amongst other forks like epsylon3 and djm34 and klaust ... seems i need to get my ass moving to publish the donation servers and have them active ... they are working and running ( bar two sevrers which are being redone this week ) so some public use / testing would be great ...

ill update them here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1089744 ... but will also do a quick notify here in this thread also when they are finished - for those interested in mining anonymously for donations for the aforementioned devs and others ...
