I made a pascal build of the alexis opensource. (DECRED)

I get 3.1GHASH on the gtx 1070 with max oc. But it trottle down to 2.9-3

Is this all?

http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=06381483525250078759

Betatesters needed...

@3gHASH mining decred a single gtx 1070 will do $2 a day..

It takes like half a minute for all the cards to start hashing on a dualcore Pentium but after that it's going great (100% GPU usage) so you topped the default intensity.

Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 with +80 Mhz core OC and stock memory:
 - at 80% TDP I get 2.71 Gh/s;
 - at 100% TDP I get 2.8 Gh/s;
 - at 111% TDP I get 2.94 Gh/s without temp throttling (above my go to temp target).

I could OC higher but won't bother. At 2.8 Gh/s it's $1.59 per day at the moment which is not very good.

PS: None of my G1's are stable at 2100 Mhz for more than a few minutes.

Not your keys, not your coins!

Did you lower the memclock -500?

Yes, I changed a few lines of code..

100% inline with my results. I also clock my cards to 2000 Mhz exactly, not stable to go above in multi-gpu rig.

What do you get on the 1.8.4 opensource on the same clocks?

What do you get on the 1.8.4 opensource on the same clocks?

It was about 2600 at maximum if I remember correctly, maybe even a little less. Still need about 10% more to make it most profitable than zcash.
I also get insane lags when running your miner, its almost impossible to move a mouse. Testing on i7 2600k + single 1070 with my pc. I needed to lower the intensity.

All this dcr talk...

Need to rewind back to february/ march 2016. Gtx 980 could only do 24Mhash on eth so it was more profitable to mine dcr with it, they did 2.2GH with sp_mod, that was $5/ day back then.

Now people are building 1080 rigs with i7's. Really effective way to loose money. But that black box shows some really nice numbers.

How much does 1070/ 1080 on bbr?

Betatesters needed...
Rig:
1070, +150 core(~1875MHz effective)/-400 mem/75% tdp
with 1.7.1-alexis ~2700 MH/s
with your mod ~2770 MH/s

Single card:
Your mod with different tdp:
75%(1875MHz core) 2800MH/s
85%(1975MHz core) 2900MH/s
95%(2012MHz core) 2970MH/s
105%(2050MHz core) 3000MH/s
114%(2063MHz core) 3040MH/s

Also, desktop freezes, delay between move mouse and picture reaction is few seconds.

These are my results on decred using tpruvot 1.8.4.  These are with default settings and clocks.  It is the best open source that I have found.  If only we had a miner with built in dev fee.

evga gtx 1070 ftw - 2.72-2.77Gh/s
titan x pascal - 4.62Gh/s
evga gtx 980 - 2.08Gh/s
msi gtx 980 - 2.02Gh/s

He does an outstanding job with both ccminer and yiimp pool.

I agree that the miners with a dev fee are the best way to go.

The devs and my incentives are aligned perfectly.....

.....until the point that the dev makes all the money s/he wants (needs) to make.... then that proprietary code becomes a huge risk to any sustainable business model.

not to mention that decred is not that good right now, it just that everything else look very bad to mine, maybe lbry the only exception some times...

People using Awesomeminer are taking a dump on that. All the alt coins has about 7 distinct groups of hashrate that bounce back and forth between them tanking the difficulty for six hours then moving to a different coin. That's where my rant came from a couple days ago. It's not profitable if people don't understand how much their hashrate influences the difficulty of what is being mined. Profit auto-switchers for the loss.

not that it matter anymore i guess because profitability is the same now, but klaus is still stuck with that bug on the pascal miner, preventing it to work with a pool?
