Will contact with coin desk as well. Those firms already make an agreement related to cloud mining transparency. Besides, I got a connection in main land China, my friend hesitate to fill a complaints about that company because BTC mining in China illegal but I am on it. As soon as I get a news from him will return back

By the way, thanks for the effort you spent for us

Looks stupid but according to my friend it is legal to produce mining equipment but mining BTC and using it illegal. I am also surprised @Monday, he will contact with a legal department of his firm related to subject and I will inform you about the situation right now, everything I am going to say will be an assumption

Me and some few users are alone in this, those like Puppet, MrTeal, ElasticBand, Raskul and others are attaching the effort, being that those were who exposed the data on the PBmining owner that helped me recover our money at that time, but now they support AMHASH, and Puppet is to blame because he declared them legit in this famous thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387

So expect attacks from them
Please, humour me. Show my support for AMHASH.

PS - Puppet's thread is his ranking on whether a cloud mining operation is a Ponzi or not. He probably should have chosen a better word than "legit", but not being a Ponzi definitely does not preclude being a scam.

That firm providing BTC related services and we are claiming they are stole our BTCs right? (if government do not accept BTC as a valuable asset, stealing it has no meaning in court right?) or are we going to claim they are not complaining the renting agreements. My friends will return me as soon as He finds the legal ground of that case. Then he will fill a complaint against that company. That is what I am try to say

Legal or illegal talk with facts please.
You can't start a company for illegal purposes or you're not a legit company.
Chinese are the main source of asics, how does that work with such law?

It's like mass producing weed without allowing people to smoke it.

Nothing at the Amhash front makes sense, we're scammed.
You gotto accept the fact before you can solve any problem.

It's time to take realistic measures in our reach now.
And the best way to handle issues is to organize.
Even small investors should join this movement.

@amhash

If you are a mining Fund which has 5 Peta-hash and has been stolen 3.546PH,  AMHash still has 1.454PH.

Why are not you getting paid the proportion of this ?

Just in case someone is interested: The corporate filings for Havelock can be found here in the "Freebies"-section:

http://btc-dd.com/openreports.html
Havelock has nothing to do with it. They are just a platform selling amhash products.
It is Rock and Asicminer who are responsible for the loss.

I agree with  flame1012 on this. The same happened in the cointellect.com ponzi scam. They told us, that they had big hashpower, but it came out, that they were faking real hashpower and giving out money collected from investors to other new investors, for luring them into the ponzi system.

The only facts we have at hand are being provided now by Airwolf, he has the balls to take action and not sit and wait for Doomsday to come. Even if i have not much shares as him, i am with him. And i think, that we really should take action legally, after finding their real life identities out.

"Friedcat kidnapped" could just be a story to put us off for winning time, in order to escape of this. Telling nonsense stories and giving hope, is just some tactical maneuver, that Ponzis or Scammers use to win time to escape the critical investors they betrayed.

Havelock, Asicminer and Rockminer are also responsible to this case too, and legal action should also be started for them. Havelock has hidden valuable info from us, and did not open up the trading market, so it seems that Havelock is somehow in contact with them and taking orders not to open the trading market.

Asicminer and Rockminer are all operating for other assets as we heard from users here. They can't turn their backs to AMHASH, they are responsible too, because it is a joint venture of them.

It has been clearly stated, that all shares will be bought at the IPO price, so they should stop telling us lies and at least give us our moneys back at IPO price!

EDIT: I am a government official in my Country, and i will start also legal action via the ambassador of my country for China and Panama, if this problem is not beeing solved.

maybe in good faith, but responsible anyway.

Why do I get the feeling that you have not read the T.O.S. at Havelock.

When I read through it, I was under the impression that not a single person at Havelock is or can be held responsible or liable for anything that you may lose on the Havelock trading platform.

What is this, " but responsible anyway" bizo?

If I am missing something rather large, please do point it out.

P.S. @Airwolf, you mention several times CNN, I understand this to mean CableNewsNetwork.
Then after several posts of CNN it changed to CCN??
I understand CCN to mean CryptoCurrencyNews.
Which is it/ one, the other, or both?

P.P.S. Just checked my AMhash account, another dividend has been paid into my account balance today.
No, I have not attempted any withdrawal yet.

Amhash announced that our profits were guaranteed and shielded against risks.

Acceptable risks are things like; sudden increase of electricity price, share price fluctuations,
difficulty increase, very low btc price, and natural disasters.
Not getting scammed by the company you invest.
If havelock tos says; you should be okay with scam, should we be okay with that?
Do you advice to embrace scam?
No one invests to get scammed, do you?

Havelock is responsible for hiding information from their customers, not announcing critical information timely.
Just like Amhash, Rockminer and Asicminer.
None of them seem to have even a healthy communication and relationship.
They all deny responsibility and act like they are not related to the issue.

I do not see any benefits in dragging havelock into this. First it is different jurisdiction than the main culprits. This is a major problem and will delay the whole legal process. It is much more difficult to do it in different countries, it is time consuming and creates many problems we cannot even predict at this stage. Apart from that it was not them who ran with the money and the hashrate. Havelock will not pay you a penny. I would definitely put havelock out of equation just for the practical reasons and focus on Asicminer, Rockminer, Amhash and Mr Rock Xie. If FC surfaces then of course he has to answer a few questions but now he is not present. And to be honest I am not sure if Asicminer and the others really want him ever to be found.

Hiya flame102,

I see too much hyper emotion here at the moment.

"Amhash announced that our profits were guaranteed and shielded against risks."
I am seeing now, another payment to day into my AMhash account from AMhash.
There was one yesterday and another the day before and etc.

"Acceptable risks are", never spend or risk more than you can afford to lose.

Now, about the rest of what you have just written, I can not find anything to either verify or discredit the statements.

A lot of companies on this world play games with information, it sucks, but is hard to prove as being illegal.

In short, I see no legs to stand on.

"Do you advice to embrace scam?" I would never advise anyone to become involved in a known scam.
Let me see if I have this correct. You have probably invested in either AMhash or Havelock or both.
Did you advise anyone to invest in them as you were doing at the time?

"No one invests to get scammed, do you?"
Yes, just like you did!

Hi l3sny,

You are right about making the main legal focus Asicminer etc. But Havelock is also responsible in not providing valuable info at the right time and hiding it. After dealing with Asic and Rock, Havelock could be put on trial for protecting Amhash and helping the scam to be hidden.

I do not see any benefits in dragging havelock into this. First it is different jurisdiction than the main culprits. This is a major problem and will delay the whole legal process. To clarify you are receiving dividends paid into your Amhash account on www.amhash.com and that BTC is withdrawable immediately and not been held by Amhash on their website, if you can confirm yes or no? If yes can you confirm when payments resumed?
Because on Havelock we are receiving no Amhash1 dividend payouts and received nothing from 10th Feb..

If FC surfaces then of course he has to answer a few questions but now he is not present. And to be honest I am not sure if Asicminer and the others really want him ever to be found.

In ideal world... Can you imagine possible obstructions in joining legal actions? Hiding info about the fraud is a lot weaker than being a fraudster. Secondly where would you file a case against Havelock Panama? Canada? how would you bond it with China court? There is no point in dragging havelock into it. If they have stolen the investments and actives kept on their wallets than yes would make sense.

Focus on AsicMiner board...

I might be blunt here but I think that AM is not making a run, as their site is up they calculate the dividends and if they have decided that they are not able to fix it none of that would be happening. The only question is are they even able to fix it? Every day without the hashrate makes overdue dividends even higher, it is circa 3500 USD a day. not mentioning asics required to  deploy 5 ph.

Now following all the bits and bobs about the collapse and putting it into time line... /OFC we may distrust misleading announcements but just trying to build a picture from pieces of crap/

25th of December - one of deployed by by Am mines gets emptied by robbers and AM looses 3PH+ worth of miners
FriedCat keeps this for himself with maintenance decoy /funny enough its the same day that hashie died/
Jan 2015 Fried Cad inform stake holders and Partners (Havelock) about the loss and promises to re-deploy farm, at this stage they decide to do the "holiday break" to have some elbow space with aggregating dividends

Feb 2015 Amhash stops (pauses Smiley ) dividends and havelock goes into 3 weeks maintenance

FC gets missing while transferring remaining of the 5ph farm and possibly deploy more hash power

The question is how much more miners got missing together with FriedCat Huh If the plan was to redeploy stolen miners not informing the general public about the troubles, partial fractional mining etc. We may assume that FC has been planing on deploying evel larger than 5 ph mine in order to announce new AMHash IPO which would greatly help cash flow. (ponzi with hardware in hand)

The question is how much mining power in total Asic Miner has lost? If what I think is the case the damage to Am  is even greater than we think right now. It leaves me with 2 possible scenarios of further actions:

1 AM will honor its responsibility and as the do not shut down the sites and dont turn the engine off  they will pay out from balances and redeploy in due time /nahhhh Smiley
2 AM (the remaining board members) will do nothing, wash the hands using FC as "blame for all" and make sure he doesn't surface any soon

Or there is another option which would say that FC had some personal problems and big bills to pay and as much as 1 mln USD is not the money you run for leaving your family behind, it is enough to aid eg. medical expenses arisen. Now the nail: would anyone be able to confirm/deny info that FriedCat has been expecting his baby to be born? And there were some complications?

It is a long shot but it so in time line that  just can not ignore this signed msg from Am wallet on 9th of Feb:

Objecting my statements for the sake of objection is kinda pointless.

We are not receiving any payments at havelock, no explanation about this either.

Each party including Havelock is responsible, has and still are neglecting their responsibilities.

There's still no satisfying communication from any of them.
