Those people are really asking for some criminal charges. Shifting blame and lying. Over and over again....

How was the blame shifted and when did they lie? AM was always in control of the hashrate and most people knew this.

It seems you're just one of the handful of wannabe investors who did zero research and knew nothing about the offering you were investing in.

How do yo expect people with 50gh-100ghs shares to do a comprehensive investigation.
Most of them including me, are not large scale professional investors, we are regular people with hope to have some positive financial change in our lifes.

I'm not sure how many people is in my situation but,
I've lost all my saving with this incident and it's going to effect my everyday life.

I don't get it, did you invest your life savings or only 50-100 GH/s? Or is ~$35 your life savings?

If you invest/gamble any significant portion of your money, I expect you to do a comprehensive investigation before investing. (not after like many of here seem to be doing)

How is even a serious investor supposed to know that FriedCat was the only one in charge and had 100% control over the income/money.

The Amhash option was not the most attractive one (LTC gear was) but it was operated by a well known ASIC manufacturer.
They could prove the hashrate etc. so we trusted them and invested our tiny capitals, not suitable for real investment in another world.

Don't get me wrong, there's practically no amount of due diligence you could have done to know that AM would self destruct. Only 2 weeks ago any seasoned bitcoiner would have told you AM is one of the most trustworthy manufacturers left.

I personally don't think FC is pulling a fast one. I think we are missing parts of the story and there is a legitimate reason for AM's collapse. I just hate seeing so much misinformation spread by those who did little/no research prior to investing, and now it seems those people are the most vocal about taking legal/illegal action.

The only thing we could do is being a paranoid and not investing in anything ever.
We are wannabee investors, do we deserve to be scammed?

I don't know what makes you think I think anyone deserves to be scammed.

If you really hate doing due diligence, I'd suggest not investing in anything ever. If you want less risk, invest in regulated stocks. (But even then you'll find that sometimes "legit" companies go bust)

Actually i don't buy the friedcat story, i have deal with this kind of people in the past, I sent them a message yesterday giving them 24 hours to pay our shares at IPO price or face The Hunt publicly.

Ok, i have dealt with this before (MtGox and PBmining) and recovered ALL the money, you know how? By gathering the biggest investors and pooling with them a REWARD OF 300 BTC for the whereabouts of YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS and another 300 BTC to pay for the people that is going to PAY YOU AND THEM A VISIT.

You are not dealing here with the average guy that invests 0.1 BTC, i represent a group with almost 250.000 shares, value over 250 BTC, I represent the kind of people that it is VERY DANGEROUS to mess with in any part of the world.

So i will offer you an exit: Reimburse our shares for 250 BTC or i will start the process of hunting you and your relatives and friends.
