This has been made pretty clear and we all understand the risks but so far, s0br has made good - sometimes with extra for inconvenience so we stick it out because the pool pays better than any other and waiting a few hours every once in awhile to get that is something that may of us are willing to risk

S0br and other admins have made it clear on irc that payments won't happen until blocks mature.  So if you pay attention you already know this.
In the past two months I have had to wait twice more than 36 hours for payment.  Both were paid right around 48 hours since the prior payment.
To me, that is "once in a while."

This thread would be better if:
BAN miners who complain would go mine somewhere else.  If you don't like what is offered, for free I might add, then vote with your hashrate and support another pool.
Non-BAN miners got a life and spent their time trolling this thread volunteering for a non-profit.

For everyone that has PM me over the last few months and have followed my post here I have moved my miners away from this pool for the last time. The pool has problems which are not addressed and posts here that don't tell the truth. I have supported this pool and OP thru a lot and tried to get things fixed. I have lent the pool coin (small amount) to help get some payments done. I find IRC chat a very poor way to communicate. I didn't start this thread the pool did! So just lock it and be done if nobody other than some ass is coming on here to talk for the pool. Good luck

So why has the first post on this thread not been changed to reflect the new payouts if it changed? Why has this not been mentioned in the emails that are sent out? I have not fucking "paid attention" because nobody told me! And I didn't think it was my job to go find out why me and hundreds others are not paid on time?

All I can say to this kind of statement is when I had my payouts set at 2hours, as the pool advertised it would pay  to me, I had a lot more than "twice", late payments were made and without going back and looking I would guess a conservative amount of times at over 2 dozen times late just in the last 2 months. I say that is more than " once in a while"   I guess we can just use 60 hours and hey we have had no late payments!! I moved my payout to 12 hours since and payouts are still running late.

But I guess you got paid in full? last night while others wait for theirs. So maybe in the past seeing your one of the bigger miners on the pool you get paid but yet you talk shit about others that have waited longer and more times for theirs ...this is fucked up.

So all a person can deduct is the payout is in fact getting worse. I never spent the time to go back after the last server problem to see how much I didn't get paid. I responded about this pool here as I have because I reassured others that it was all good and just now want to make sure others know how I feel.

I was confused when I first joined them as they say "hourly payouts" but it's not really. They should just remove those claims and then people would know they get paid when a block they worked on matures.

No kidding but it's worse than that now. I have not gotten paid from the ones I worked on but others have accordingly to Swimmer63. So I guess they just pay who they want when they want and some of us will only get paid maybe from future blocks?? WTF! I am very sorry for anybody I have mislead into mining here without knowing myself just how bad it is. I truly believed in this pool but things have changed over the last 6 months.
