That wasn't fair.

The haters didn't have time to gloat.

Oh well, we lost literately 36 hours of growth there.

Crash my arse.

Managed to buy my coins back, at a loss of 1.1 BTC, due to their lagging game.

Please hire competent programmer(s),  and by that I mean not to use the current id10t donkey you have now, to make your software work without lag.

Okay gents, let's light this puppy up!  Grin

Well, a 50% decrease in a few hours is not what I meant by lighting it up but the volume was nice.  Smiley

A friend called me and said he was scared with today's price action. So I said "Dude, you don't even own any bitcoins!" He said "so, that shit is still scary."  Cheesy

Satoshi said, don't you worry, don't you worry child, bitcoin has a plan for you!

We now experience how a really free market handles a 'crash'.

Swift
Brutal
Effective

Governments could learn a lot from this.

this is true. Instead of propping shit up, see how well a healty correction works itself out.

Check this out, 6 million vaporized, 5 million reborn.

Now that same graph scaled out, notice the green line is at 11 million.

Well, I figure the morning caught my recording on the insane charts going downward.  But now Bitcoinity is crashed and doing maintenance.  Can't blame them for the lag (um, GOX), but probably missed some epic buys crossing the screen Wink.

Clarkmoody at this time still seems to work fine, as well as Mt. Gox live, surprisingly.  Prices are holding back at $190 for the past 30 minutes thus far.  I think the dip is over and the correction started.

+1 to the whole, oh no we're back several days' post.  People forget too quickly.  Even if I could've timed it, buying at $100 would've still been more expensive than what I did a scant two weeks ago.  "Crash" is very relative!

I'll have to tip Bitcoinity for trying to make it through the good fight.

Can we all call up Mark K. or whoever at Gox and have them fix their stuff?  That new rollout plan can't come soon enough.

Oh Loaded, who art up in Mt. Gox, hallowed be thy name!  Thy dollars rain, thy will be done, on BTCUSD.  Give us this day our daily 10% 30%, and forgive the bears, as we have bought their bitcoins.  And lead us into quadruple digits

Whoever put the bids in at 150$ when bids were down at 106$ and depth to 100$ was down to 10k. Thank you so much!

Please hire competent programmer(s),  and by that I mean not to use the current id10t donkey you have now, to make your software work without lag.
The problem is their choice of algorithms for their matching engine.

that and the 486 DX2 that it runs on

This is not some pseudoeconomic post-modern Libertarian cult, it's an un-led, crowd-sourced mega startup organized around mutual self-interest where problems, whether of the theoretical or purely practical variety, are treated as temporary and, ultimately, solvable.
Censorship of e-gold was easy. Censorship of Bitcoin will be… entertaining.

It is beyond me why anyone would listen to this bumbling idiot. He works for a propaganda news network. He clearly has 0 dignity. Why would you listen to a word he has to say?

interesting, I trust rt.com and presstv.com a whole lot more than western government, zionist  & bankster controlled media - and I'm a westerner.
