Do you believe, understand, have faith, trust? Or do you not. You're either bitcoin, or your fiat.

No thanks, I rather substitute faith with knowledge.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they keep laughing, then they start choking on their laughter, and then they go and catch their breath. Then they start laughing even more.

Add into the mix that the whole time this has been going on I'm guessing the newly expanded MtGox verification team will have been beavering away processing loads and that 2 am utc is 11 am in Japan so we'll have Friday's new fiat hitting the exchange too...

This. Thousands of new accounts with fiat verified, sitting around waiting to be used to BUY BITCOINS.

You can't exactly sell bitcoins with fiat... what else are you going to do with them? Wait around for another panic sell? It's pretty obvious we've already seen the floor. The disaster has already happened. People are absolutely RAVENOUS for $50 bitcoins.

They should be used to it. They devalue their own currency anyways IRL.

Nice, that should help a bit I'd imagine.

Oh Loaded, who art up in Mt. Gox, hallowed be thy name!  Thy dollars rain, thy will be done, on BTCUSD.  Give us this day our daily 10% 30%, and forgive the bears, as we have bought their bitcoins.  And lead us into quadruple digits

Yessirree, by zooming in or out and scrolling/panning graphs, you can make anything look like anything else. :-D The maker of this graph, though, might have actually thought he was making a coherent, logical point. How sad.

They didn't say what size array...could be 64 drives in a RAID 10 array.

I am salivating over the prospect that they have made a mistake when writing the new trade engine on a tight time frame.

Knowing gox I wouldn't be surprised if it's compiled for the first time 5 mins before going live with a couple of errors ignored and no testing at all.

That would be interesting.

two things you forgot to point out:

1. Your dotcom chart doesnt show the price rise in its entirety

2. Your time frames on the graphs are hours verses days. Hardly comparably time frames.

That confirms it, Mt. Gox is trolling for sure.

It would be hilarious if they are buying coins or something, or somehow removing asks.
