What does this mean?  Well.. it means that there are 34 pub keys associated with "prime nodes" which stake @ 350%/yr.  Yes... that isn't a typo.  Prime nodes have a minimum quantity of 125,000 XPY and, for ease of calculation and playing it conservatively, we'll assume all address have this amount.

So... according to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/#!rich there are 51 prime address.  Since there are 49 pub keys associated with higher than 5% staking rates we have to assume, and have found to be the case at least according to the richlist,  4 addresses will stake at 5% like the rest of the plebs (balances found below in edit).

125,000(.05)(4)+125,000(.1)(3)+125,000(.2)(2)+125,000(1)(10)+125,000(3.5)(34) =

25,000+37,500+50,000+1,250,000+14,875,000= 16,237,500

So that's an additional, after one year, 16 million two hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred coins just from the "Prime Nodes" in additional coins added to the blockchain.  That does not take into account anything else except the "Prime Nodes".

Hyperinflation will take care of this coin on it's own.

If I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me.

EDIT:  Edited due to faulty rich list.  Further digging shows that there are 49 prime nodes to match the 49 pub keys.  The additional 2 must have been a coding or mathematical fault.  There are, however, 4 wallets with balances higher than all 49 of the prime nodes, shown below this.  For the purposes of easy math, I have adjusted the 5% staking above to 4 instead of the original 2 even though the actual staking will be much, much higher on three of these wallets.

show how the nCoinAge is computed. Which means the following, 350*CENT parameter is converted to 350/365 = 0.96% daily compounded rate, or yearly this means around 3250%. Whoever coded (copied) this coin has problems with math and 350% annual rate (if this was desired) was converted to 3250% rate

Hmm funny how that works out to be just about the exact daily rate on a hashstaker if you lost a decimal place and made it .096% daily...

What does this mean?  Well.. it means that there are 34 pub keys associated with "prime nodes" which stake @ 350%/yr.  Yes... that isn't a typo.  Prime nodes have a minimum quantity of 125,000 XPY and, for ease of calculation and playing it conservatively, we'll assume all address have this amount.

So... according to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/#!rich there are 51 prime address.  Since there are 49 pub keys associated with higher than 5% staking rates we have to assume, and have found to be the case at least according to the richlist,  4 addresses will stake at 5% like the rest of the plebs (balances found below in edit).

125,000(.05)(4)+125,000(.1)(3)+125,000(.2)(2)+125,000(1)(10)+125,000(3.5)(34) =

25,000+37,500+50,000+1,250,000+14,875,000= 16,237,500

So that's an additional, after one year, 16 million two hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred coins just from the "Prime Nodes" in additional coins added to the blockchain.  That does not take into account anything else except the "Prime Nodes".

Hyperinflation will take care of this coin on it's own.

If I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me.

EDIT:  Edited due to faulty rich list.  Further digging shows that there are 49 prime nodes to match the 49 pub keys.  The additional 2 must have been a coding or mathematical fault.  There are, however, 4 wallets with balances higher than all 49 of the prime nodes, shown below this.  For the purposes of easy math, I have adjusted the 5% staking above to 4 instead of the original 2 even though the actual staking will be much, much higher on three of these wallets.

that's not how % staking works.
to put it really simply,

imagine a coin count of 10mill, and one particular input value of 125k - with one block per year (365day blocktime)

that one input would stake at 350%. so it would return 437500.
so while the staking interest is 350%. the total inflation rate would be 437.5k/10,000,000 = 4.375%

AND if there were two inputs worth 125k with 350% interest. only one would actually stake.

HOWEVER if block time was two a year. it's plausible that both could stake. however as interest is worked out pro.rata , they would only generate 175% interest each (350% /2 blocks per year)
annual interest would still be at 4.375%

BUT (still sticking with 350%) if one 125k block staked and a 15k block staked, then annual interest would actually be lessened
(125000*1.75 + 15000*1.75)/10,000,000 = 2.45%

but the important thing is. that the only way a particular node would actually generate 350% interest would be if it staked every single block ever.

and if one node did that, then no other node could succesfully mint to get its 350%

i dont know how that trick works

but i've seen three different ways for coins to mint.
1) the minted coins become a separate input.
2) the minted and staked coins get accumulated then divided into two separate outputs eg roughly 50% each
3) the minted and staked coins are accumulated into a single input

What does this mean?  Well.. it means that there are 34 pub keys associated with "prime nodes" which stake @ 350%/yr.  Yes... that isn't a typo.  Prime nodes have a minimum quantity of 125,000 XPY and, for ease of calculation and playing it conservatively, we'll assume all address have this amount.

So... according to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/#!rich there are 51 prime address.  Since there are 49 pub keys associated with higher than 5% staking rates we have to assume, and have found to be the case at least according to the richlist,  4 addresses will stake at 5% like the rest of the plebs (balances found below in edit).

125,000(.05)(4)+125,000(.1)(3)+125,000(.2)(2)+125,000(1)(10)+125,000(3.5)(34) =

25,000+37,500+50,000+1,250,000+14,875,000= 16,237,500

So that's an additional, after one year, 16 million two hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred coins just from the "Prime Nodes" in additional coins added to the blockchain.  That does not take into account anything else except the "Prime Nodes".

Hyperinflation will take care of this coin on it's own.

EDIT:  Edited due to faulty rich list.  Further digging shows that there are 49 prime nodes to match the 49 pub keys.  The additional 2 must have been a coding or mathematical fault.  There are, however, 4 wallets with balances higher than all 49 of the prime nodes, shown below this.  For the purposes of easy math, I have adjusted the 5% staking above to 4 instead of the original 2 even though the actual staking will be much, much higher on three of these wallets.

that's not how % staking works.
to put it really simply,

imagine a coin count of 10mill, and one particular input value of 125k - with one block per year (365day blocktime)

that one input would stake at 350%. so it would return 437500.
so while the staking interest is 350%. the total inflation rate would be 437.5k/10,000,000 = 4.375%

AND if there were two inputs worth 125k with 350% interest. only one would actually stake.

HOWEVER if block time was two a year. it's plausible that both could stake. however as interest is worked out pro.rata , they would only generate 175% interest each (350% /2 blocks per year)
annual interest would still be at 4.375%

BUT (still sticking with 350%) if one 125k block staked and a 15k block staked, then annual interest would actually be lessened
(125000*1.75 + 15000*1.75)/10,000,000 = 2.45%

but i've seen three different ways for coins to mint.
1) the minted coins become a separate input.
2) the minted and staked coins get accumulated then divided into two separate outputs eg roughly 50% each
3) the minted and staked coins are accumulated into a single input

nCoinAge is taking care of staking at different blocks. There is no need to stake at every block. Read my post abobe. Your calculations are misleading. Effective annual rate for primes is above 3000%

If AnimoEsto or nemesio are still around, I'd like to ask how shadow banning works.

I asked BitJane to reinstate me as I wasn't disrespectful to anyone.  She said she's not an admin, so she couldn't tell me... but she is listed on the Global Moderators group.

I guess I'm on a watch-list or something, as the responses were very curt.

Shadowbanning (its actually called "Squash" in the control panel, its available to all moderators - though Josh has stated that he is the only one to meant to be using it - I now have concrete proof otherwise, basically it removes all the user posts from the views of others, however, it cannot remove quoted/embedded posts.  The user can still see their own posts and it appears (to them at the least) that they are still active in the forums.  Moderators cannot even see the persons posts without unsquashing them - all the "old school" moderators, Myself, Blazecoin, Madmacs, Volder, Nemesio, Cyberlizard, etc are against this as its a highly unfair punishment as the user cannot see that they have been squashed (unless they sign out and go to their own profile).

Josh has described this as a "Toy" and to be used only by him on trolls and people spreading FUD, as I said I have concrete proof that at least one moderator (who I will not name yet) was shadowbanning.

BitJane - is only asked by GAW to check the spelling on Josh's posts so she isn't allowed to unban or ban anyone and can only advise - the easiest method to let BitJane edit Josh's posts was to make her a moderator - that way she has access to edit posts, she isn't a moderator at all in the true sense of the word.
