There are Emails where Josh is discussing funding and using GAW developer's to get BTClend up and running, and now the guy who for sure is all against Josh is all over this same Josh sponsored operation. Someone will know for sure, but I am pretty sure it is two or three of Honest Joe's PC's that are being "rented" to Cmilian for this scam where XPY is locked up with a return of 10% (while those same XPY are getting 100% interest).  All smells like a scam by Homero&Co to get as much XPY off the exchanges and locked away earning "good" interest to keep the way open for continued dumping to me.

P.S: Cmilian pumped the 15% return for a long time, and then changed it and is giving only 10%. Bait and switch- just like his scamdog hero.

Probably scrubbing some things off of it right now. The scumbag Cmilian follows the forum here, so I am sure he sees these posts. Ironically, taking depositors XPY and using the released Hyperstaking keys is not actually criminal or such. Maybe underhanded, as they are hyper inflating the currency and pocketing 90% while paying 10%, but not technically illegal or wrong, those keys to get 100% staking are part of the coin code. His brazen and obvious lies trying to cover this up are actually worse for his scam than the actual chicanery with the PC key. His excuse is that he has some random assholes in "other countries (India?) who have access to the huge amount of coins in BTClend should make people yank their coins, but we are dealing with Paycoiners here. Basically fucking retards that are the dumbest of the dumb in the Crypto world and will keep their coins in BTClend right up until the "Ruh Roh, We Got Haxxor*D" announcement is made.

I doubt this a lot, if you look at the uptime of HashTalk it was either 100% perfect or nothing was accepting connections. It's pretty obvious this move to a new domain wasn't due to claimed DDoS either, it's another part of seeing pigs.

My guess... they're going to an off-shore server and want to use off-shore DNS in the hopes that their traffic doesn't traverse US channels. BUT, as soon as they're off-shore, any and every communications to or from a US located system or person is subject to data collection (this is even before the 9/11 circle jerk stuff)... just be virtue of the fact that it's crossing the US international border, no fancy warrants needed. BUT, the .ch TLD will make it slower for US agencies to seize control of those URLs and slap a "this site has been seized" notice on it (they essentially have to get the hosting country to execute the seizure).
