Mr Scam Muggle has finally admitted that he was scammed his last XPYs

https://hashtalk.ch/topic/37331/mineral-a-sad-story

Why should we believe any of that? It's much more likely that Garza's dissatisfied with a deal and wants to back out. We've seen this kind of thing a few times before, and each time Garza was lying. Why should this be any different?

I was looking at it today and it seems that XPY trade volume dropped way off a couple weeks ago... I could be mis-understanding what I'm seeing, but that would explain it that Garza had no more coin to dump?

But, I also think this is just a mis-direction, look for Garza to set up 'rogue' 'Valada' servers in 5, 4, 3, 2, ...

With what coins?

Clearly Homero is on a suicide mission.

He's that fat kid which chocolate smeared across his face denying over and over and over again that he didn't steal the chocolate bar.

And if you check all his early photos he is a fat pig.

He's cornered by everyone; from the top, the bottom left right and center, and all Federal Agencies that matter.

yet there is he blinking and blustering in the middle of the room today, same chocolate smeared all over his face, insisting it wasn't him.

Just like he used to do as a kid, with crocodile tears in his eyes to his mother ' you believe me don't you' and later in life to his wife ' you believe me don't you' all the while, while snickering and giggling inside 'hahaha I fooled them all as I always do, I am the king of the castle'.

That mineral post is funny, remember how GAW had nothing to do with Mineral in the beginning, now if you read the post they have been compensated by GAW (he's saying "by us").   <-- Link

If there's any truth to MrCEO's claim it speaks volume, sending 1,875,000 coins to someone to manage for them to be able to "fill order" on an exchange, yeah right....

Timing is also very convenient if you read the part of the message where they won't be able to finish what they started.

It's also weird that he gets ripped of "by contracts he signs", I'm sure they didn't send 1,875,000 XPY without having the guys signature and knowing full will who the person is.

As far as anyone knows, the guy may be managing the PCs (as the contract reads) and is just refusing to void the contracts and return the coins.

This quote is also very professional:

While we do not condone extreme action, we do understand that many people are at the end of their rope and will do anything to hold on to the last bit of investment where they have their money tied.

Is it just me or that almost sounds like..... ?

Well, it was convenient that those credit cards were pre-purchased two months in advance with XPY.... but, I still don't trust him to be 'out of coins' like he claims among the muggles. Also, why would you turn over all 15 controllers to back a single exchange when back then, they were all staking at 350% and he's claiming to have paid separately for the developer costs.

Sounds similar to things I've been saying would happen Smiley Scammed is a bit out of context.  Most likely Josh made offers by voice and email and then decided he didn't have enough control and refused to validate the trade.   If there are initial investors they are off the books Coin Fire report type investors.

I agree that "scammed" is a bit out of context, however that mineral dude is a dishonest guy. "Fastest growing exchange", "Fully insured deposits" etc.
Any relationship between Josh and Phil is gonna end up in a scam, it is just a race who will scam whom.

I'm betting Josh and John C made all those statements not Phil.  Though I don't know Phil.

I got the same vibe... I'm thinking that he's definitely been threatened and now trying to point them at someone else, 'cuz... "It wasn't me!"

A guy was posting on BTC claiming to be Phil when mineral went live. He was quite arrogant.
This thread is too big to look for his posts.

The hashtards are getting restless:

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

I gave away everything so now I won't be able to fulfill the rest of my "Soon" promises.

Mark my word, this will get spin into a crowd funding project for people to send him money to deliver on promises.

If he did get ripped off I do find that comment from him hilarious. I think he meant to say, "I come from a background where I do things like this to others"

We are shocked, to say the least.

lol@phlip or phlop i forget which it is, and his Hong Kong registration.  Cheesy

Auld news  Roll Eyes

This was covered what weeks ago.

The turn was even recorded here where Homero ran around mineral talk telling everyone the ban hammer is coming against anything said about him, yet Phlop or Phlip I forget which it is, re-declared that no love for Homero will be tolerated at mineral and hate is welcomed.

 Roll Eyes

See, he had "some" smarts.

Most if not all cottoned on a long time ago, Homero has been de-fanged. The 'release the krakens' ' the' I will use my war chest to sue you' rinse repeat.........*ppooothhth*"  PLOP. Another one in the toilet.

Back to woe be me I am Homero and done by all, it is not my fault.

Yet his MO as tracked to date is to double bluff, even attempt to triple bluff. He has some cunning. Some. But not smart enough once he revealed his pattern of thinking from day one.

*On the note of forums and advertising: I voluntarily leave ads turned on here at bitcointalk to support the forum vs clicking the disable ads checkbox.

Are you fucking kidding me?  Theymos has 6000 bitcoins tucked away from past donations which he is currently frittering away on massively inflated work force salaries busy "upgrading" this bulletin board.  I have adblock plus turned on and I am still seeing the fucking things.   Sould we report bitcointalk to Google too?

Theymos really gets on my nerves. He has way to much influence in bitcoin and he has way too many bitcoins.
